Very happy with ger the sales rep, he was very communicative, went the extra mile and anything I through at him he had an answer and a resolve. I ended up signing up and can’t fault them. I do events and have high demand with quick transactions needed and it has never failed.

I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service from paymentplus. They are always so quick to reply and eager to respond to any query. Anything I need sent in the post is literally dispatched immediately and I have it within a day or two. The staff are very mindful that their customers are relying on their products and services and they are always really efficient in providing them. I know if I ever have a query, it will be sorted without delay. The staff pride themselves on their efficiency and honestly it relieves a lot of stress from my own point of view. My most recent order was dealt with by Louise and she literally could not have done any more for me, or with greater efficiency. I would objectively and sincerely recommend this company to anyone.

Process and monies into bank are flawless. Transaction time is also very quick

We have been with multiple Merchant Service providers but since we have switched to PaymentPlus we have not looked any further. They have best service at the best rates in the market with very professional and dedicated customer/client support team.

Louise in Client Services is an absolute credit to the business. When setting up the online service, although very secure, was a bit of a nightmare........no matter what we threw at Louise & how many questions we asked, it was never a bother.

I had to change bank details etc , Eoin made the experience easy and had all forms to me to be signed in minutes. Also his communication was exceptional.

The team in PaymentPlus are lovely to deal with. Very accommodating to the varying machine quantity needs of our business type (events) and were very helpful recently during our much quieter months. It would be nice to see the introduction of more innovative / user friendly card machines in their offering. Happy to recommend PaymentPlus for small business

We find the end of day reporting ( Z read and end of Banking) to be a little confusing, when compared to old service provider. We have contacted the Dublin office and our local rep' about this. With luck we will come to grips with it. Early days I suppose
