Find Louise very helpful and sorts out any problems very quickly

They are only a phone call or email away and always on hand if I need help with my business so very helpful and friendly

We find the end of day reporting ( Z read and end of Banking) to be a little confusing, when compared to old service provider. We have contacted the Dublin office and our local rep' about this. With luck we will come to grips with it. Early days I suppose

After a longstanding partnership marked by trust and seamless cooperation, it's regrettable to report our forced departure from PaymentPlus and Barclaycards due to a significant downturn in service quality.

Between July and November 2023, our efforts to comply with abrupt and unclear compliance demands were met with silence, despite numerous attempts to reach out via post, email, and registered mail. This, coupled with unbearable wait times of 60 to 80 minutes for customer support that proved fruitless, pushed us to the difficult decision to close our account for the sake of our business continuity.

The final straw was being hit with a substantial cancellation bill, a disheartening outcome after being compelled to end our contract due to the service's decline. This experience serves as a cautionary tale of a partnership that deteriorated into a frustrating ordeal, marked by neglect and a lack of effective communication.

We had hoped for a gesture of goodwill in waiving the cancellation fees, which would have eased the disappointment and stress caused by this situation. Potential and current customers should be wary, as the true measure of a service provider lies in their support and communication, areas where PaymentPlus and Barclaycards have unfortunately failed.

From the day I got it it never worked right. I had it a month before they got it working. When it worked it didn’t work well. Very bad customer relations. Cost me money on purchases. Cost me money to break the contract. Say away from it.

They made a complicated problem simple. Louise in Costumer Service is an absolute star, lovely to deal with and no matter what I hit her with, it was also dealt with in a calm and considered manner. Highly recommended.

Payment Plus have been amazing. Fantastic customer service from Susan who has always been there for any questions and to solve any issues very quickly. Have had nothing but good to say about them - especially Susan who has been great and has helped us immensely as a new business. Highly recommended!!

I have nothing but good to say about Payment Plus and in particular John O'Connor who is who I've been dealing with from the start. I started my business a few months ago and John has been with me every step of the way on this journey, from explaing every aspect of how this works to calling out to my house with the machine and going through it. I couldn't wish for a better experience and when I used it for the first time at a market stall the battery lasted all day, it didn't glitch or snag once and I was there all day and the payments went through the next day even though it was a bank holiday and I didn't need to connect my phone or anything, it has its own built in cellular. The rates are very good too. I would highly recommend this company and this terminal for all your business needs.

I have a beauty salon & have been with payment plus for a good number of years, have not upgraded my terminal , have asked to be emailed better rates , which was not reciprocated, my advise is shop around as customer service is appalling & to be mindful that it’s 2 companies & Barclay so rates seem higher & money does not go into your account on the same day !! So , very disappointed & dissatisfied with the service as I would have regarded myself as a loyal customer but obviously not to this company

I have been a customer of Payment Plus for a number of years and have always found them extremely helpful - particularly in dealing with urgent problems.

Brilliant experience with payment plus in my first two months with them. My rep Philip Steels is a fantastic help and always on the other end of the phone to answer any questions.

I need to point out the effort gone in by the team at PaymentPlus.

I will admit I was loosing my patience with documentation needed but I feel they communicated well. It’s definitely not the easiest set up but Phillip stayed in touch all the way through and suggested alternatives to tie me over! I would recommend PaymentPlus as they didn’t disappear once I was signed up.
