In moving across to PaymentPlus, we had some issues with our terminal provider - - not the fault of PaymentPlus but Aaron Monks of PaymentPlus intervened and was very helpful in liaising with our terminal provider regularly to get the issue resolved, which made life easier for me. He has been excellent in staying on top of the issues and keeping in contact with me, and I'm impressed with the customer service we've received from him.
