Unfair Policies
Unfair Refund Policy: They only give you 30 minutes to request a refund if something goes wrong. But with how quickly they process transactions (just a few minutes), there's no time to catch small mistakes like a typo. This is not enough time to fix something that could happen to anyone.
Insecure System: In my past transactions, the system always showed the recipient's name when I entered the phone number. But this time, no name appeared, which made me question how secure their system is. How can you send money without verifying the recipient properly? It also seems like they don’t verify recipients properly, especially when sending to unfamiliar places like Uganda, while the process worked fine when I sent money to Somalia before.
Failure to Honor Their Dispute Policy: According to their policy, you should be able to dispute transactions within 180 days, but when I reached out, they refused to refund me. They haven’t taken responsibility for their system’s failure or the lack of security, leaving me exposed and potentially connected to an account I don’t even recognize.
I’ve used Paysii regularly, but after this experience, I’m really disappointed. I expected better security, more support, and at least some accountability for what happened. Sadly, they’re failing on all fronts. I’m asking for a full refund and for them to improve their security systems so this doesn’t happen to others.
TDLR: I tried sending money to my cousin, but I accidentally typed the wrong last digit of their phone number. Because of that, the money went to the wrong person. When I noticed the mistake, I immediately contacted customer support 16 minutes after the transaction, but by then, the money had already been sent—just 3 minutes after I made the payment. They are opening me to legal liabilities because they allowed me to fund an account that I don't know and clearly Paysiii doesn't know either!

Their customer service lines are almost non exist and terrible unprofessional. If they ever answer calls which they don't usually, they'll hang up on. They'll find an excuse to block 🚫 your account when the system picks up your location, an area no cover by their service for example Africa.
They'll blame you when ask to unblock the account, by claiming you forget your password.

If you’re lucky enough to have smooth transaction you’d think this is good company. If and when something goes wrong you call customer service, they won’t even take your call. Almost impossible to get hold of someone. Very frustrating. Save your self the hustle and use other company’s. Just avoid Paysii
Paysii: A Scam in Disguise with Terrible Support and Missing Funds
I had a terrible experience with Paysii. They deducted money from my bank card for a transaction I was making, but the funds never reached the intended recipient. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through their support team, and providing all the necessary evidence, I received no follow-up or resolution. It seems like their customer service is non-existent. I’m now forced to contact my bank to try and recover my money. I would not recommend Paysii based on my experience.

Shocking customer service. I do NOT recommend.
They would not answer the phone, I was on hold for long amounts of time (45mins at the minimum each time) and then the line disconnects once I get to position number one. If you’re lucky enough to for someone to answer they say they will call back which doesn’t happen.
I was trying to transfer to someone this morning (11am) and the receiver is yet to receive the hard earned money I was sending. They would not release my money for me to go elsewhere and I will have to resort to contacting my bank as we are now close of business (7pm).
If you are looking for a money transfer company from UK to Somalia your best bet is to take your money elsewhere and not waste your time with these people. If I could not give a star rating then they wouldn’t receive one either but TrustPilot expect you to leave a one star rating at a minimum.

I called their support many times, but despite giving them all the evidence they needed from me, nobody got back to me. The only option left for me is to call the bank and get my money back from them.
