Used PC Keys a few times and always received delivery promptly. Sometimes emails do go into junk folder but that’s not their problem. Every time I’ve contacted them, swift responses and working desktops for me

I ordered a Windows 10 Pro N product key. According theirr email, I should have my order within 30 minutes to 8 hours. It's been 24 hours and I have nothing and no answer from them.

I have bought several Office 2010 and Windows 10 Pro keys from pckeys.uk at great prices and they have all worked immediately.

Purchased a windows 10 key and made the rookie mistake of not checking which version I had, The code arrived quickly this morning and after it didn't work (because i had purchased the wrong one) the customer support helped me within 10 minutes. Great place will be buying keys from here again when I need them!

I purchased a WIN11 Pro and Office 2021 bundle. Keys were delivered in 10 minutes, both worked without hassle at all. Email communication was great with full invoice etc. Recommended!

I was initially scared hoping to not get scammed. But it was 20 pounds so I thought let me just go for it. I asked the chatbot person and they gave me some direction. I bought windows 11 home for 18 pounds. The email then arrived 40 minutes later, I copied and pasted the key in and BOOM. It worked, really happy

I'm in the US. I had the media for a windows image but no product keys. I wanted to stay "legit". Very painless process with pckeys.uk to quickly get a valid product key. I did not wait long. Just applied the key after receiving it and windows activation is happy. So am I. I will be buying more keys here in the future. Don't know how you make the Microsoft beast happy, but really glad you do!

According to PCkeys.uk their chat feature is manned by an actual person, which means that there is no reason as to why, while browsing their website late at night, it should have kept popping up messages trying to innitiate a chat conversation with me... very annoying. Once I have dismissed the first notification, there is really no reason for your chat bot to keep harassing me.

Emma, from PCkeys.uk, confirmed that their chat feature is in fact operated by a chat bot... nothing wrong with that fact per se, but why lie in their website and claim otherwise?

When I was about to place an order I had second thoughts and sent them an email in order to clarify a couple of points regarding the software product I was about to purchase, expecting a reply sometime within the next few days --but not without having provided my email address already as part of the checkout process--
--However, just a little later, I got sent an automated message from their website, stating that I had left items in my cart, in a "buy now!" sort of fashion.

I promptly got in touch with them again and asked them not to bother replying to my email, as I had changed my mind and was no longer interested in buying from them.
They obviously didn't care, since Jenna felt that she had to state the obvious and messaged me back despite my request to do otherwise, explaining that--duh!--the reason why I got sent that message in the first place is because I had left an "abandoned" cart in their website, and that they operate a cart recovery module...

...but the truth is: it matters not whether there is an abandoned "cart" (or a baby trolly seeking assistance) in their website, as her email ultimately translates as: we want your money and we don't care that you haven't opted in to any communication.

I mean, is not like anyone is gonna trip over a virtually "abandoned" cart in their website, right? Sorry I didn't take it back to the lot... but it does NOT exist.
You can operate as many modules as you well fancy, as long as you do NOT send me unsolicited emails in the process; and no, I don't want to sponsor a baby trolly. Or rescue an "abandoned" cart... I am sorry that scores of virtual carts get "abandoned" every day all over the country, but you know what? It matters not... it never has, THEY DON'T EXIST; well, only to companies like yours, which think it's ok to abuse people contact details over an allegedly "abandoned" cart.

Jenna also said that "any details are not saved in our system and scrapped soon after", which worries me in 2 ways:
1) You have had my email address for less than 1 hour and you have missused it already to send me unrequested emails before and after I have asked you NOT to reply to me, in reply to your first SPAM message. Please understand that any unsolicited messages, marketing or otherwise, qualifie as spam.
2) Telling me that my details will be soon scrapped without me rising that point seems like a pre emptive excuse, as in: "no we didn't share your details, cos they were scrapped soon after."
And so, besides my details, you should have also scrapped the shopping cart, because:

IT WAS NOT "ABANDONED" AS YOU PUT IT, or unattended... It had SIMPLY BEEN DISCARDED, added to the unlimited stream of carts that never were and would never be, carts rhat will never fullfil their purpose in virtual life.
And should I have decided to place an order with you after all, I would have known--all by myself--how to get me another virtual cart, and place a product in it, and complete the check out process. All by myself. No reminders, or alerts, or chat bots involved.

NOW PLEASE STOP SENDING ME EMAILS, IF YOU DIDN'T GET THE POINT DIRECTLY FROM ME, I AM HOPING YOU WILL GET IT THROUGH HERE
