I had an issue with my laptop so I booked it in to Pc repair house.
On the 29th April 2026 I left the laptop at the shop in Cheam Village.
I quickly received an email & a phone call from Ian explaining what the issue was along with an estimate for the cost.
I went ahead with the repair & the laptop is working perfectly.
Ian & his team are very professional,& polite.
The repair was completed very quickly & for a very reasonable price.
I would highly recommend PC Repair House for any computer issues.

Having lent my Mac Book to a teenage family member over from New Zealand, he returned the loan with the laptop OS system deleted.
Taking the laptop to PC Repair House, a friendly welcome and full understanding of the issues, the laptop was completely overhauled, collected within a couple of days, the result being the laptop performed like new.

I have been having problems with my Desktop Login, showing spurious details. I popped in and explained to Ian who is as ever very customer focused and most helpful, he gave me a few issues to check. Upon returning home went through his instructions and that has resolved the issue. As always these guys are true gems and exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Any other PC repair shop would have told me to bring in and charged me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Company and cannot thank them enough

I took my laptop in as I was losing power quickly, and wondered if a new battery was required. The team were friendly, helpful and were able to confirm that was the case. They gave me a quote and approximate timeline to obtain the new battery, and then called so that I could drop off the laptop fr the work to be done.
I dealt with four guys there, all were helpful and friendly.
I was kept informed throughout the process.

Following my request for help with a computer problem a PC REPAIR HOUSE engineer called at my home and was able to explain and resolve the issue. Then, having decided to have a new computer, they did all the transfer and set up speedily and efficiently with no problems. I would recommend PC REPAIR HOUSE.

My husband's PC needed a really good clean out, which he attempted to do. Unfortunately, putting it back together was more difficult and he dislodged a connection. I called for advice really but the lovely guy said to bring it in and he would take a look. Having imagined a huge bill for repairs, I was so pleasantly surprised when I collected the PC and not only was the cost very reasonable, the whole inside was cleaned properly and thoroughly, and reassembled....and then carried to my car! Would definitely recommend this company, 10/10.

Took Laptop in as would not start. Costs explained in advance of inspection. Subsequently despite needing a new battery I made a decision to update. Purchased separately a new laptop and deposited the new laptop for Set Up and data transfer. So much easier then trying to do it myself. Great communication throughout and everything went without a hitch. Definately would recommend this friendly service.

Unfortunately in using my lap top whilst drinking coffee tipped coffee over lap top contacted Repair House no problem bring this laptop in we will have a look at repair gave estimate repair carried out within estimated cost engineer very helpful and repair carried out repaired in good time would recommend this Repair House used them again due to an issue with and iPad which was owned bu me wife very happy with second repair very helpful team of engineers try them out ""Note good parking at location"

My PC was running so very very slowly, something wasn't right so I took it to PC Repair House in Cheam. The team there gave me some figures for diagnosis and potential repair. Within 24 hrs the diagnosis was completed and a new SSD fitted. I was without my PC for only 3 days and now it back to its high speed self.
PC Repair House did a really excellent job with a quick turn around and very friendly and knowledgeable approach to me as a customer. I would recommend them.

Thank you to the team at PC Repair House, they cleaned up my laptop when I stupidly clicked on something I shouldn't. They went through everything when I collected it and were very professional and friendly.
