Paul, the technician/owner responded on a weekend eve which I wasnt expecting & appreciated. He attended earlier than booked. Problem with printer was located & fixed within 30 mins. Great service!

I would highly recommend this company. The service is excellent. They are efficient, approachable and reliable.

When I had given up all hope I contacted SysFix. They solved what no one else could. I contacted Microsoft initially and they had said I should do a fresh install and wipe all my data because I had a virus, but within 20 minutes of contacting SysFix they troubleshooted the problem and fixed it, no need to wipe anything, just uninstalling one app that was causing the network issue.

The work carried out by two SysFix IT support engineers was professional, well done and timely. The engineers were polite and friendly and just got on with the work and did the job.
