I thought I would have to buy a new expensive MacBook but Hefin diagnosed the problems and also my problems with multiple calendars. Great service again. Thanks Hefin.

Hefin is extremely patient, which is ideal for someone like me, who doesn't spend all day on the computer.
We went through the problems I had, over the phone, and then he produced a quotation, based on my requirements. A week later Hefin came to my house, backed up everything on my old computer and set up the new one.Job well done!
