Quick delivery, good customer service,quick and efficient

Outstanding customer service. About a month after buying my CPU my PC went down and I suspected it was the CPU. The team at PC Tec where extremely helpful and had me ship it back free of charge the assess the CPU. Turns out the CPU was ok and the problem was else where but PC Tec where extremely helpful in diagnosing. They even sent the CPU back to me free of charge!

Fantastic company to order from. Superb communication from the second I purchased the processor, clear updates on when the order was packed and sent off with images to show this too.
The processor was incredibly well packaged which is obviously important giving the sensitive nature of the processor. The provided thermal paste came in very handy as I misplaced my regular tube prior to installing!
Would definitely buy from again and recommend to others!

Really happy with my experience! I bought a Ryzen 5 9600X but had to return it for an AM4 chip, and the return process was super smooth and hassle-free. They were really helpful throughout and I ended up with a Ryzen 7 5600X. Great service from start to finish — highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently upgraded from a Ryzen 3600X to a 5700X through PC Tec UK, and the level of service provided by Safwaan is hands-down some of the best customer support I've ever experienced.

Straight after purchasing, Safwaan reached out on WhatsApp with clear photos of the exact CPU (front and back) and the packaging before it went out. Even though I already knew about BIOS updates and CMOS resets, he proactively sent over detailed text notes and voice messages walking through the whole process, unbelievably well-mannered, professional, and thorough!

The processor arrived quickly in pristine condition. I dropped it into my system, ran a full Cinebench multi-core stress test, and it scored 3,111 pts while running super cool at just 61.9°C under 100% load.

You simply don't get this level of personal care from big retail stores. Absolute 10/10 service, I’ll definitely be buying from PC Tec UK again!
