i was contacted via whatsapp prior to dispatch, with photo of the product and some instructions that might be needed for people unfamiliar with pc building. although I am familiar with this so instructions weren't really needed, it felt they really care about customers. when i have enquired some stuff, they were extremely quick to respond, never had one like this in my life. I have tested the product and I am more than satisfied with the performance the product made.

Not only did customer support respond promptly acknowledging my request, but Safwaan dropped a message on WhatsApp confirming dispatch and a few helpful tips for the component.

Firstly, Pc Tec uk loves to get in touch with you and give you a lot confirmation about the delivery or component type youve chosen. They are also extremely supportive and even go out of their way to have quick replies and even help you if youre building your first pc. Would definitely purchase from them again if id look into upgrading/replacing my cpu. 5/5 keep it up!

Beyond pleasant experience. Being one of the few places to find a 5500X3D, I bit the bullet and ordered it here. They kept contact every step of the way from preparing to shipping. I went from a 3900X to a 5500X3D, Purely for Tarkov, it's easily doubled my FPS coupled with a 4070. FPS lows are far more stable. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Will definitely order from here again.

So giving a absolutely well deserved 5 star as the boss man here was fantastic every step of the way and has been more then helpful in relation to testing once I put the cpu in my pc can't thank him enough.

Customer service on point - true dedication from Safwaan and you can tell he enjoys his job 👍 Royal Mail took a bit longer than they should've to get it to me (ordered late Monday, dispatched Tuesday, arrived Friday), but this was no fault of PC Tec. All-in-all happy with the price and service overall 👏
