I was charged without proper authorization, and there was no clear option to unsubscribe or cancel on their website. Support keeps repeating the same message and refuses to refund, even though I never confirmed the subscription. This is misleading and feels like a scam. Be very careful!

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. I accidentally subscribed to the membership using an unused email address connected to my Apple Pay, due to unclear and misleading membership instructions. The website stated that the first attempt was free and that I could convert my document to Word with a 0 USD payment. After confirming the details, my email was automatically enrolled in the subscription, and I was charged 20 USD after 3 days without my consent.

When I reached out to customer support for a refund, I received only automated responses, none of which addressed my issue. The lack of clear instructions and the poor response from customer service left me frustrated, and I am still waiting for a resolution.

Si te suscribes por error sin hacer uso del servicio no te devuelven el dinero aunque haya sido un error.

Son unos estafadores, me han cobrado un dinero el cual yo no he autorizado y se niegan a devolverlo.

Estafadores, te hacen que te crees una cuenta, y te suscriben automáticamente a un pago de 19,90€ semanales, y para cancelarlo te llevan a 3 paginas distintas hasta que lo cancelas, te cobran directamente por el Apple Pay, cuidado y no aceptéis nada de estos estafadores.

Tuve que pagar 50 céntimos para pasar un documento a PDF y sin mi consentimiento ni mi conocimiento me realizaron una suscripción mensual de 29,90€ que he estado pagando durante dos meses, hasta que me he dado de cuenta. No tengo palabras son unos ladrones y estafadores, pienso hacer todo lo que esté en mi mano para que esto no le pase a nadie mas.

Son unos ESTAFADORES, aparece que todo es totalmente gratuito y te cobran casi 20€, me pongo en contacto con ellos y no me dan ninguna solución, tienen que ser demandados por publicidad engañosa al consumidor…

Es un robo yo en ningún momento me suscribí y me estaban descontando 20 dólares semanales de mi tarjeta sin autorización

scam. they say free service, then you just approve a payment with 0 cents, and it automatically subscribes you for 20 bucks. and there is no refund policy at all. just stay away from them

I dont know how they got access to my credit card, becasue I never typed in my number. Fortunately I realized it quite soon...but they are taking 10 dollar a week for a premium subscription!
