Pdfpaw Reviews

Unfortunately the software couldnt do what I needed but the customer support is great. After explaining my refund was processed without issues

Achtung Abzockverein. Auf gar keinen Fall benutzen.
Im Kleingedruckten wird Dir ein Abo für absurde 39 € pro Monat verpasst. PDF 24 ist wirklich kostenlos und zu empfehlen.

I had a trial period. Pdfpaw did exactly what I needed with my photo files. Not needing a longer term subscription I emailed to cancel. It was cancelled in minutes. No hastle.

fastness and comprehensiveness

Points forts : rapidité, efficacité, coût
Piste d'amélioration : mieux prendre en compte les dialogues.

I would like to sincerely thank the PDF Paw team for their excellent service and outstanding support.

My experience has been wonderful. The team was professional, responsive, patient, and very helpful in addressing my questions and clarifying my lifetime access. Their communication was clear and reassuring, and I truly appreciated how efficiently everything was handled.

It is always a pleasure to deal with a team that genuinely cares about its customers.

Thank you, PDF Paw, for your excellent work and exceptional customer service. Highly recommended!

Only first 5 pages were translated out of 40.

Great thanks.

I managed to get a pdf compressed out of it and it did it's job pretty well. However, as I bought the PDF I didn't realise it would subscribe to the thing for a month which would deduct quite a huge amt of my cash I'm trying to now wait for my refund as soon as possible. I would say tho... The support team is quick in it's reply if there's any queries.

I accidentally subscribed for the monthly subscription. I emailed the help team and Lisa was super helpful and cancelled the subscription and refunded me the money back. 10/10 customers service.

Abofalle!! Achtung!! Man kauft die Umwandlung von einer Datei und hat ohne Vorwarnung ein Abo am Hals. So was von Betrug! Support erfolgt scheinbar mit einem Chatbot. Lösung bisher nicht in Sicht.

update: habe Paypal direkt eingeschaltet und Konfliktlösung beantragt: Geld wurde soeben zurück überwiesen

Easy to use website, and they were incredibly responsive. They converted a document for me within minutes and were extremely reactive. Highly recommend.

Ganz schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe. Mein Anliegen wurde innerhalb 12 Std. und erledigt. Vielen Dank dafür und weiter so!
