I ordered a hoodie for my son before Christmas. The hoodie never arrived. When I contacted Peace they offered me a full refund. That never arrived. They then said the hoodie is back in stock. So I agreed to have the hoodie sent. It's now March and I still haven't received the hoodie and my emails are ignored.

Support was always reachable and we enjoyed the sweaters; the delivery took one month but considering that we ordered from Italy it is acceptable.

Tend to be a purchaser every few months because I love the style but what stands out is really love how they treat their customers. I had a small issue with one item and they were quick to amend the issue and shipped a replacement quickly without any fuss. One of my favorite brands for sure!

My brother ordered me a shirt from this website on December 19th, hoping to get it in time for Christmas. It didn't make it, but I didn't mind as my birthday is in January. My birthday came and it still wasn't here. So, I had my brother check the status. The shirt hadn't even shipped yet. I reached out to the company. They claimed they were waiting on materials to make the shirt. I couldn't even get them to give me an expected shipping date. As of writing this, it has been 60 days and the shirt has not even BEEN MADE.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their website promises 2–13 day shipping. I ordered on November 14 and over a month later it still hadn’t shipped. No real updates, just generic automated replies after nearly 10 emails. They deleted my Instagram comments and even removed my review instead of addressing the issue. Conveniently, the order only shipped after I disputed the charge with my bank.
When I finally received the item, the quality was terrible and it was clearly the wrong size from what I ordered. On top of that, they charge extra for “package insurance,” yet state that if your package is lost in transit, it’s not their responsibility. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer care is unacceptable. I will never order from them again, and I strongly recommend others read reviews carefully before purchasing.
