I placed a number of orders with PeachDish and had several issues. My first order came without a problem, but after that I had: issues with produce that was poor quality, an order that had a container of milk leak over everything, one where the portioning was so small it could not have been considered a main course (and in fact that dish is no longer offered the way I ordered it after I contacted costumer service. They have added a chicken to the pasta serving). My last order arrived a day late and with an exploded cold pack which had left gel globs over everything, so in general we had a LOT of problems.

I had mixed experience with customer support. My first contact was fantastic and my issue was resolved immediately. It was the only reason I placed another order. My next contact was ridiculous. The CS rep sent me a link to the dietary guidelines they based portion size on when I stated that what I got could not be considered a meal and the link agreed with me! The portion listed on the guidelines was much larger than the one sent. I cancelled my subscription and sent a detailed email to the CEO listing all of the issues I had had up to that point. I was surprised she replied with an apology and was then contacted by others in the company, offering a free box. That box arrived without a problem so a few weeks later I placed another order, hoping things would go right. They didn't. That order arrived a day late and in terrible condition.

My follow up with gentleman who I'd been emailing with after my contact with the CEO did get me a credit for the box. He offered another complimentary box and I accepted but there was no further contact...so I've moved on to a competitor who is less expensive and so far, I have not had a single issue with them.

During my time with PeachDish, I was credited for some of the unusable product and that is pretty much what someone should expect. The fact that some of my order was unusable is not okay. This was suppose to be a convenient thing for us and it was far from it. I didn't intend to order again after the whole condescending exchange with customer service over the pasta, so the offer of the free box was nice and since it came on time and perfect, I did decide take a chance and order again. The box that came with that order was THE WORST one we ever received, so the refund was really not enough.

When things went well we were happy with the food. Everything took longer to prepare then stated on the website, but we liked everything. In theory the service could be great, but in reality it has a long way to go before it gets there.

Usually able to find dinners I really want to try.
Most choices say they serve 2, but often I find they serve 3.

My husband and I love Peach Dish for the convenience, variety, and quality of food. I don't have even one bad thing to say about it!

Always great tasting meals. The website is very user friendly.

The dishes are delicious and fresh! We had Blue Apron services before and felt like Peach Dish has a lot more fresh ingredients and locally sourced. They even provide a list of where all the ingredients come from as well as a cool magazine. Blue Apron prep steps are a little easier to follow however, the recipes from Peach Dish are still easy to follow...nothing complicated. We haven't had a bad dish yet and have had several weeks of meals already!

5 stars for originality. The meals change all the time, so there's always something new to try, and they're all delicious. Also, you'll pick up all kinds of new skills like making biscuits from scratch, roux for etoufee', or the proper way to sautee' ramps. They have amazing local suppliers for meat, seafood, cheese, sauces... They also offer a unique, Southern spin on trendy foods. If you're not a foodie, you will be after trying PeachDish. My only criticism is that I wish the portions were larger. The pastas in particular feel more like an appetizer than a meal. The meals do meet the standard set by the US government for portion size, but still, they should go above and beyond.

Best subscription food service on the market to date.

The Packaging is great, the directions are easy to follow and the food is actually very good. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is I would like a better selection of food. Some are the same each week.

wonderful southern dishes. Being from the north I have not had or cooked any of these dishes. I find them very easy and delicious. So glad I chose peach dish. I am a foodie and I love different types of food.

Great quality food, recipes are absolutely wonderful 95% of the time, shipping is consistently prompt, menu management is way better than the competition but can be a bit iffy to navigate back if you need to make a quick change. Wish the food was more regionally sourced vs sourced across the US...which would align more with the buy local food movement for those of us who care. But it's way better than seeing produce stickers that read product of Mexico like other organic meal kits have. I live in an area with way too many local farmers who I know personally could be utilized by PeachDish and would be better than spending my money to support farmers so much further from my local community. And... my area happens to be within an hours drive from PeachDish headquarters in Atlanta. I myself am an organic grower and give a thumbs up on the freshness of the produce used. I farm and I'm a loyal customer of PeachDish...using the meals to add variety to my diet with goodies I don't grow myself or can't get from my area. So...I am definitely a fan, especially after sampling from various competing meal kit services both before and after I got into organic farming myself. PeachDish seems to be doing it right.

I love that the servings are flexible. The food is fresh and local, in fact I know many of the farmers! And the customer service is amazing!

Peach dish has over all been fabulous. The recipes and all ingredients excellent. The fruit extras are sooooooo fresh and exceptional. I recommend Peach dish !!!

Been using them for 2 meals a week for a few months now. Have loved every dish we've ordered - except for the one week we forgot to place an order or skip the week and we were sent a random meal. But even then, the company refunded our entire cost for the week since we weren't happy with the meals! We normally go out to eat every night, but this keeps us eating healthier at least twice a week! Love the convenience, and no need to plan more than a day or two ahead. Customer Service has been outstanding - when an ingredient went missing, they apologized and compensated. Love this service!

Dishes are delicious and very easy to prepare. A little on the pricey side compared to other meal delivery services but, overall, I'm satisfied.

Delivery service is not very reliable. Delivered a heavily damaged box on one occasion and did not deliver my package on another occasion. Food quality is average, ( think Safeway or Publix), meal prices are high for ingredients in the meal. Variety of ingredients in meals available same week is low. I received corn, same bean variety, same tomato variety in all three meals I selected. Food is somewhat bland. Need more healthy well balanced and preferably organic options.
