My first time ordering and so was unsure on the sizing.
I ordered a couple of items that needed to be exchanged for smaller sizes.
I emailed the company and they were quick to respond to my queries.
I was reassured that it wouldn’t be an issue. Tom was very kind with sorting out my orders.
The quality of the clothing is fantastic.
Items come up slightly large so maybe downsize if you are unsure.
Super fast delivery.
Overall a great company and would definitely recommend.
I will order in the future.

I ordered a jacket and a matching bottoms (order PF1075). I returned the jacket with tracked delivery completing the form requesting an exchange for the larger size. It's now almost December and despite 2 very polite emails attaching proof that someone signed on 23 October to receive my return I have not received the replacement jacket nor have I even had one acknowledgement email. I will be contacting my credit company next as no phone number to even call them. If they cannot send replacement then they need to refund me ASAP. Really bad customer service.

Absolutely brilliant find, such good quality clothing, vibrant colours and brilliant design. I would have given 5 stars had the sizing been consistent. The light pink is meant to be a small like the red version, however it is on the larger size, more like a medium. The returns and exchange policy is not as straightforward and is at a cost to the customer! I felt this was wrong to have the cost be at the customers expense. I have kept the items due to the mess about and cost it would be to exchange the items. Overall though very happy with the items.

Bought a hoody from this brand on Very.com. stylish and comfortable piece to add to my winter wardrobe. But unfortunately after 1 wash the navy colour from logo has run onto the marl grey (overall colour). Extremely disappointed as would of expected better quality for the price. Hopefully very refund for this faulty item. Although it seems since I've bought it, there's alot of reviews stating customers are having this problem with all items. Hopefully the brand can listen to its customers and rectify this issue as it's a real shame.

It has been 2 weeks since ai placed my order and despite an update saying my item was on its way, it still has not arrived! No response from my email to customer services yet :( not impressed.

After a slight problem with my order , I contacted peachfit directly and the issue was dealt with quickly and a replacement has been sent . Will defo be ordering from you guys again .
