Avoid - do not join in any communication with this woman. She is a scam artist and I have proof of 3 others who have contacted me directly that she has done the same to. Promises an app, gives you nothing or a non-working one.

Takes your money and never refunds you!

If there was a zero stars I would select that. We had a similar experience to the 2 reviews below. Approached on Instagram this time, and promised everything for our food business. Again we were given excuses. Apple were doing an update. She didnt understand why ours didnt work when everyone else's didnt. We asked for a refund in March, it is now August and we havent received that even after Promises.

I would avoid at all costs unless you want to loose money, be fobbed off and blatantly lied to. I advise looking at all the civil suits against saga apps. Just wish someone had told us sooner NOT TO GO WITH LUCY!

Similar experience to colin, we were approaches via facebook, promised the world, afterweeksand months of just being fobbed off with excuses, (power cuts, hospital visits, broken laptop, child care, the list goes on). We asked for a refund in line with her own 30 fay policy, literally months later we had a partial refund aftwr excuses after excuse. So since she specialises in videos we asked for 2 short videos to promote our business instead of a refund! Wow it was horrendous she just did 1 video that had lots of errors, looked like work from a 2 year old. She never responded after blocking us on social media and still weakened £150 nearly 1 year later!

I engaged Sofia Grace Advertising (SGAAPPS) after being contacted by Lucy Jayne-Round via Facebook. She assured me she could deliver an innovative app for my business, complete with a booking system, integrated website, and payment link—all in one solution. Unfortunately, after several months, the project was still not functioning as promised.

In good faith, we also entrusted her with two additional projects for our children’s businesses. Regrettably, these were also mishandled, resulting in significant disruption, lost customers, and financial loss—particularly for my daughter’s dance school, due to the way her page was set up.

A further concern was that Lucy appeared to present someone else’s platform as her own work, even using their logo in the demo, despite us providing it only as an example.

After repeated delays and unmet promises, we requested a full refund. Lucy cited a 30-day refund policy, but four months have now passed with no resolution. She indicated that repayment would be made in stages, referencing small claims court as the only alternative. Despite our patience and repeated follow-ups, the situation remains unresolved, and we are still £1,100 out of pocket.

Most disappointing is the lack of care shown for the impact on our children’s new businesses. I urge others to exercise caution and ensure thorough due diligence before engaging with this individual!
