SCAM - this company claims to be in Savannah, it is in CHINA.I purchased a dress from this ‘Savannah’ boutique. I received it and it is nothing like the picture: it is ugly, cheap fabric, and it is a mix of sizes. Tried to return for ‘ 30 day cas refund’ as advertised. SCAM. First they offered 10% and I keep the dress. Then 20%. Then 30%. Finally after more than a dozen emails, they sent me an address :

Then it didn't fit. Customer service is also fake! There has been a minimum of 20 emails doing no good at all! They refuse to give me return info.
When I asked if they are in Geirgia the response was yes, however if stock is low they have it shipped in! A total lie. They are not in Georgia, they are in China!

This place is a total scam. The quality is terrible. They have been jerking me around trying to get my small idea returned.

Dresses ordered were not sized properly. One was extremely large and shapeless and the second was way too short, low cut and small . Unable to return. Never did receive instructions on how to return. They asked for pictures of the items and never sent return instructions even after repeated emails.

I believed that this was a cute boutique out of Georgia and was amazed at the beautiful clothes from the pictures. I placed a good size order as a result of the "sale" they were having and took to heart the 30 day return guarantee, should the items not work. The items arrived in very nice plastic bags but no tags on the items. I was not able to wear the polyester fabric in addition to not a good fit of some items so I contacted the email to begin the return process. They offered to have me pick out new items and keep the old and just pay for shipping or the other offer was to refund 10% of my total purchase and keep the items. Unfortunately I had not dug deeper into the return policy details before my purchase. I was told the items could only be returned to Asia, I would have to pay the international shipping fee in addition to a $15 restocking fee per item. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY RETURN PROCEDURE! Very disappointed and feel really vulnerable to the false advertising!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Items look so cheap and don’t fit right. It would cost over $100+ to return items to China. It’s a scam!

I bought 3 dresses from this site, supposedly a boutique in Savannah, Georgia. I received dresses of very poor quality with no designer tag, poorly fitting, made in China. Return address in China after multiple requests. They offered 30% refund. Finally had to take it because shipping was over $100

Poor fabric quality and sizing. Returning item impossible. You are bargained with for a low percentage cash refund. 10 to 30 percent. AI email bot is who you’re dealing with. They will not send you a return label and not pay return postage.

NO 30-day return policy. I kept asking for a return label.
They offered 10%, 20%, a free dress - all were delay tacktics to run out the clock. They would not send a return lable. I am disputing with my credit card company. This is a scam, with beautiful pictures of clothes. BUYER BEWARE!

This company advertises as if it is in Savanah GA. Wrong! this company is in China, and the order takes much longer than indicated when ordering. The products are cheap and poorly made. Sizing does not even approximate what is listed in the sizing chart. Tried to return items took me 4 back and forth communications to finally get a return address which of course is in China. The postage along with the notes $15. return fee for each item, would have only cost me more time and frustration. The company did offer a 20% refund which is just a drop in a bucket compared to what I spent. Avoid ordering from this deceiving company.

Items were not as represented. No guaranteed money back return. No name on clothing, just a made in China little tag. Biggest scam. Do not purchase from this fake business. I learned the hard way.

Ordered 2 dresses -1st time order. One was ok will need some tailoring. Second one - material was disgusting; waist line was a straight single seam. I asked to return for refund. They wanted me to send a picture of dress even though I gave them their own identification. Another hint I will give buyers…there are a couple of other companies on Facebook with similar two women name companies…notice they have same dresses. Also if you return items, you must return to Asia - not Savannah. If there are legit companies on Facebook, companies like this will hurt them! Thank you for the opportunity to provide my feedback! Lesson learned!

Except for the fabric, the dress I ordered from their website and the dress I received are two entirely different dresses. In my emails with them, their standard reply is, "We’re sorry to hear that the dress did not meet your expectations in terms of fit and appearance." The fit and appearance are NOT the issue. I did not receive the dress I ordered! And they expect me to pay for return shipping to China. Or accept a 30% refund and I can keep the dress I did not order. Stay away from them!

Poor quality merchandise and terrible return process. Do not purchase from them unless you know exactly what you are getting and definitely do not plan to return the item.
