Portrayed as easy returns. $15 per item service fee and customer pays all shipping. In order to return, you are required to send an email requesting more information. There is no online process on the website.
I was taken in by their slick Facebook marketing. Not a company from Savannah - they are based in Asia!

I placed a sizable order with this company. The items I received did not line up with the web site photos. Colors were not the same. The material is not of good quality. The fit was not as depicted in the picture with the tops very tight at the bottom. I tried to return the items. The return process is very cumbersome. They won’t send you a return label until you take a picture of each item which I did. Then they have you mail the items back to Asia and they charge you extra for the returns. You are on the hook for the Asia mailing fees. Finally they offer a 10% money back if you just keep the items. It order to get that deal you have to send them a screenshot of your original order including the items you are unhappy with. This was the WORST online ordering experience. Beware.

I ordered 2 dresses from Sophie and Grace Savannah. One didn't fit so it needed to be returned. This dress cost $54.95. Their website says no hassle 30 day returns. They also alluded that they were a brick and mortar retail place. When I started the return process they wanted pictures of the dress, so we sent them. They offered 10% (approximately $6) back. Saying that returning them internationally would be expensive. We did not know that they were an Asian company. Their website is false, their return policy is false, and this is a complete SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. NOW FROM READING OTHER REVIEWS, MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THEM. THEY ARE DISSEPTIVE AND SNEAKY WITH THEIR WEBSITE. DON'T TRUST IT AT ALL. I wish I had seen these reviews earlier. We are looking into disputing the charges on the credit card.

If I could give this website a negative star I would. The material is cheap, the dresses do not resemble the pictures and you CANNOT return for dissatisfaction. Their return policy is a lie and they are guilty of FALSE ADVERTISING!! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, as we all should. This is a scam, and they should be closed down by @betterbusinessbureau

Would have give 0 but was not an option. Order arrived timely but was not as described - CHEAP material, WAY TOO large, and looked like a formless polyester bag. The return process was nothing like stated. After 4 request for information relating to cost of shipping to "Asia", 3 of the replies gave no information but offered to provide a 10% return and keep the crap and finally a 20% return. The 4th reply gave the address and advised I needed to find my own shipper and estimates ranged from $80 to $140 to return 2 items that cost $100. So now we got a $20 refund and 2 $50 each pieces of trash that we'll donate to Goodwill. Not my idea of a problem free return process. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

There are two companies using the same name! I think the "personal product" company, Sofia & Grace is legit. HOWEVER, the scam company called Sophie and Grace - Savannah (picturing and describing themselves online as a local retailer in GA) is a total scam. Very poor quality clothing items, impossible returns (to China), and absolutely no retail store as presented!

Wish I’d read reviews first. Not even sure this an actual company. Agree with poor quality and have had very poor customer service. Advise buyer to inspect website— see how returns are done. I have been trying to return , inquired how and first two replies offered me 10-20% back and not to return clothes. Third email offered 30% and if I don’t want to settle for that, needed to mail items back to China. They gave me the warehouse address and the foreman’s name. Once he gets it and confirms , my purchase will be refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

It took ~4 weeks for the outfit to arrive-nothing like describe-cheap fabric, made in China-terrible fit.
Their return policy is a joke- $15.00 restocking fee, has to be mailed back to Asia and buyers cost, it willl cost almost as much to return as it was to purchase this piece of junk.. Just like the "store" customer service and support does not exist!

These dresses are not at all as pictured. The material is thin and poor quality. The return process has turned out to be arduous and expensive. They want photos of the dresses before I even send them back. They also charge a $15 restocking fee and make you pay for return shipping to Asia. Never again will I purchase from them

Poorly made. Cheap material. Terrible fit. Return policy $15 fee + paying for shipping to Asia! I would break even if I bother, which I won't. $47 down the drain. What a scam!

Misleading advertising - company is in China, impossible to return. Took a month to receive order.
Quality very cheap - all went in the trash!

They advertise the free shipping, but fail to mention return shipping to Asia (which they show Savannah, GA as the point of manufacture). So, not only are you responsible to mail your return to Asia, they charge a $15 administration fee. For me, it is not worth it to return, so I will count this as a learning experience and not buy from this com[any again.

Beware! I should have been concerned when I noticed that they don't list fabric used. But the stuff was so nice looking and discounted that I ordered 4 items. 3 turned out to be polyester. I do not wear polyester and I want to return them. They said I can do that within 30 days, OK. Now I read the details and I have to pay shipping back to Asia plus a $15 return fee! Stick with Quince, stuff comes from Asia but their shipping and returns are free for up to one year from date of purchase. And most of their clothing is made from all natural materials.

I ordered three items. It took weeks for them to arrive. Two do not fit. The links to contact customer service and support have been disabled. The new return policy states you can only return full price items. The alleged store moving locations in Savannah is a lie. This site is a scam.

Received my order today. I should know better!! I am like the other reviewers, thinking I am ordering from a store in Savannah, Ga!! I am VERY DISSAPOINTED!! The dress I ordered is VERY FLEMSY. DO NOT ORDER from these people!! I'm not returning it, because of restocking fee, thinking it is free returns.

I broke my rule about not ordering items from Facebook ads, and it reinforced why I should follow this rule. I ordered two dresses and quickly got an email confirmation of the order. After about a week I checked the tracking information and noticed no expected delivery date showing. I emailed to ask what the expected delivery date was and received a polite response, but no mention of any expected delivery window. I told customer service that I was cancelling the order since they couldn’t provide delivery details. They said I couldn’t cancel because the product had shipped. The tracking information did not indicate that the product shipped until a week after this exchange. I patiently waited for more updates, but it was only today when the status was updated to out for delivery that I had an idea when it would arrive. The package arrived with a tear in the outside bag. The two dresses are a big disappointment. The fabric quality and quality of manufacturing is poor. The marketing is slick, but far exceeds the quality of the goods. I wouldn’t try again, and I would warn others about a bad experience so they can avoid my mistake.
