Don’t use online scammers from derby safera najib

I have been a landlords insurance customer for 13 years and Peacocks have been great throughout that time. Why ?
1) Unlike many providers, they don't hike the premiums every year when you don't even make a claim.
2) When they do increase premiums I have checked with multiple price comparison websites and they come up with the best cover in those years where the industry premiums have generally gone up.
3) They will change your provider to get you this best price and they do the hard work in finding this.
Would recommend landlords to check with Peacocks before they go with any other broker or policy provider.

I used a comparison site to look for caravan insurance and one of the most competitive quotes for the cover I required was with Peacock Insurance. However, once I clicked the link to purchase I was asked more questions that weren't mentioned on the comparison site and suddenly the competitive quote rose by 50%. Wen't elsewhere to a company with transparent pricing.

Fantastically helpful and efficient. I needed a change to my home insurance policy, which was promptly arranged with the help of knowledgeable staff on the telephone who answered my call quickly and kept me updated by email. Thank you

Kelvin is an excellent agent for Peacock Insurance. After contacting many brokers who were unhelpful, Kelvin knew exactly what I wanted which was public liability insurance for magic. Very prompt at returning calls. I was dealt with by a lady called Dionne French. Very professional and dilligent operative who listened to my requirements and advised meimpeccable. Highly recommend this company especially if all of their staff are like Dionne.

Please beware that when Peacock say they may make an additional charge of £35.00 to cover your processing costs of cancellations, they actually mean they will make an additional charge.

The reason I’m writing about this is because I changed my mind about caravan insurance on day 1 of the 14 day cooling off period, and Peacock chose to make this £35.00 exceptionally high excessive cancellation charge for a policy that was cancelled the same day it was taken out, which was also before it was due to begin.

Also, the cancellation section of their IPID mentions no such cancellation charge.

Hence, I do not recommend Peacock Insurance Services.

I originally had a very positive and responsive experience with Peacock Insurance when enquiring about cover. However, communication has been disappointing now that I'm trying to proceed with purchasing the policy.

I'll admit there was a bit of phone tag involved on both sides, but despite providing my availability clearly by email, I have yet to receive a response. It's frustrating, as the initial customer service gave me confidence in the company.

If I could give Nicola 10 stars I would. The whole process was made so simple for me and Nicolas professionalism was beyond fault. It was a stressful time for us as a family but it just felt as though all the hard work was lifted from us and Nicola did it all. I love the personal attention and the ability to talk to the same person again who had noted down everything so no lengthy repeating of conversations. We already use peacock for our caravan insurance and would highly recommend Nicola and Team.
