Went above and beyond to attend the property promptly.
Extermination was quick, successful and very reasonably priced.
Follow-up customer care was handled and communicated well; telling me what to look out for, and if any concerns were had, a free secondary visit would be had. (Which we didnt need) friendly and professional manner.

We had a problem with a wasps nest in our loft. I messaged Peacocks who booked a visit for the following day. They located the nest and removed it. They spent time to tidy up, explain what had been done and things to be aware of over the next day. Overall very happy with the service, reasonably priced as a result I would recommend this company.

Had Gareth round recently to deal with a wasp nest in my loft. With no internal access and a tricky dormer-style roof, it wasn’t the easiest job, but Gareth handled it quickly and professionally. I never had any experience to call a pest control before but I was so worried and panicking with wasps nest and so many flies maggots. Gareth was extremely helpful and so professional! Removed everything and helped me to keep my mind at rest. I would highly recommend his services.

Gareth responded quickly to our request to eradicate a wasp's nest. When, two days later, there were still a few wasps visiting the nest, Gareth again responded rapidly and resolved the situation.

Gareth was very friendly and helpful getting rid of some rather aggressive wasps. He came out very quickly and I would definately recommend Peacocks Pest Control.

The works were undertaken after first explaining the nature of the wasp infestation. After approximately 45 mins we were shown photographs of the nest which had been completely destroyed.
The works were executed professionally and to our total satisfaction.
