I was always wanted to do a business and when I see it advertised on Social media I respond and went to the free meeting, I was the second person to sign up for the 3 days weekend was an awesome weekend, the team was great. They impart great kno.wledge to us all I would tell anyone who have been to some of these workshop please do the PEAKMULTIFAMILY one you will learn alot. The team was very receiving and knowledgeable of their craft. I was very comfortable in this environment from the start of this process. The only drawback was the upfront money. Most people are very hesitant about the amount of money being requested to start and that was mine problem. If I was in a better position, I would have continued. Unfortunately, my current situation didn’t support my desires but I’m not ruling out this process in the near future. Hope to see you guys soon. Take care PEAK family.

In my opinion, Peak Multifamily focuses more on selling expensive mentorship programs than actual real estate investing opportunities. The program costs around $40,000, but much of the information they teach can already be found online or through affordable courses, books, and networking for a fraction of the price. I personally feel the value does not justify the cost, and people should carefully research before investing that amount of money.

If you're on the fence wondering if you should spend the time and/or money to take the in-person introductory class, just know if you don't do it, you'll be missing out on the opportunity of a lifetime! This team has a solid track record of proven results with their systems, network and resources. I felt like the leaders at the class alleviated all my concerns and skepticism and set me up for the most amazing journey of success! Just do it!

The below portion of my review was written while I was attending the Boot Camp session after the first day. There were some concerns that I had with this company. One, a REIT fund with the fund manager's headquarters in Hawaii one of the most expensive real estate markets in the world. Two the people that I encountered at the free introductory session mostly seemed like employees, not investors. Only two of the four present could carry on a conversation about real estate investing in a knowledgeable fashion. My biggest concern was, "Are they on a fishing expedition?" Meaning are they churning the market pumping people up and then when deals pop up on the radar are they outbidding their students on those deals.

What I learned in two days. Peak Multifamily and/or Multifamily Capital Partners appear to be rather desperate to raise money. Again, why I question a REIT with a headquarters in Hawaii. One must expect to invest some money in order to get value out of an education. A big issue lies in the ask during the boot camp session. You are being asked to pay for access to AI generated data sets, self-employed coaches and you may or may not ever get connected with a sponsor, that is ultimately up to the sponsor. One of the "coaches" was boasting about "infinite banking" which is more akin to infinite ignorance, look it up and then think carefully what it requires. The fellow that showed up for the event via Zoom on the boot camp I attended told a completely different version of his story at our boot camp than he did in his podcast interview. The fact that he is an active executive suite employee was not included in his interview in the podcast. Peak Multifamily overall is ALL OVER the place and has challenges with follow through on everything except defending themselves in the online reviews of their company. The education is worth something, it's up to you to decide how much.
Peak Multifamily is the real deal! This type of opportunity is not for everyone, but if you are willing to be open minded and grow, it is a great opportunity. They are a very real company with real money in the real estate game. I have personally met members of the Peak Multifamily network and they sincerely want to help people realize their dreams.

What I hear so far is promising that I am headed to the right direction and I know something good will come out of it and Peak Multifamily is a strong family.

Just finish the 3 day event. It was packed with information and love Eric for sharing his personal stories with the class! The strategist was great as well for helping understanding the program and see the path forward. Can't wait to see where this journey takes me and how I can give back!

Just had the 3 day workshop in san diego hosted by Taylor along with Sophi, Lucas, Bryan and Jed. It was one of the best experience in my life. This workshop was very inspiring motivating and full of great amazing people changing their life for the better. Every speaker has been supporting they where there to help and advise you they where real with you 100%. Anyone thinking of joing the peak multifamily look into and dont hesitate. Very impressed with how organized and supportive the entire team is! Love that they work on mindset first because if you think you can you can. The problem is most people don’t really think they can achieve anything they want!

The most important factor in my experience is that I am a small investor in three deals with another company, but they never sat down and actually explained to me about my investment compared to the amount that was asked of us to explain to our investors if we ever did do a deal. The honesty and transparency part of this whole business plan is what got to me.

I regret signing up for The Multifamily Mindset’s mentorship program, as it did not deliver what was promised. During the initial seminar, they made it seem like this program would provide a structured, step-by-step guide to acquiring, underwriting, and funding multifamily deals. However, once I enrolled, I quickly realized that the "mentorship" was essentially a glorified networking program rather than hands-on coaching.

The Elite Path educational material was basic and lacked depth, and the underwriting "support" consisted of blurry, pre-recorded videos. The assigned mentor rarely checked in and provided no meaningful guidance—most of my calls with them were about how I was going to pay them more money, after I already invested $40,000. I expected structured coaching, but what I received was vague advice and a push to find partners on my own.

Additionally, success stories presented in the seminar were misleading. We were given examples of people thriving in the program, only to later find out that key details—such as financial backing from family—were left out, making those success stories unattainable for most participants.

The seminar made multifamily investing seem far easier than it is, presenting an unrealistic picture of the process. We were told that sponsors were ready to work with us if we signed up, only to later find out that we had to find them ourselves, often outside the MFM network. The overused example of getting a 4-5% GP (General Partner) Acquisition Fee was later revealed to be more like 1-3% as the industry standard, a major discrepancy that significantly impacted potential earnings.

When I raised my concerns, I was met with generic responses and zero accountability. Despite the contract’s cancellation terms being left blank, they refused to issue a refund, claiming that services had been rendered—despite those services failing to meet their own advertised standards.

They overpromise, underdeliver, and then refuse refunds once you realize you’ve been misled. The FTC warns about these exact types of programs—ones that claim to provide coaching but ultimately leave students with no meaningful guidance or success.
For anyone considering this program: save your money and invest in a mentorship that actually provides value. I strongly advise others to research legitimate alternatives before falling for MFM’s sales tactics.
Overall, this program felt more like a sales pitch than a legitimate mentorship.
