Great Experience
One thing that made this experience great is that Tyler actually taught the workshop. I have been to a number of events and never saw the face of the person pushing the event actually teach it. I learned so much in 3 days. The nicest thing about this event was the environment and the relevant, actionable information being provided. I didn't feel like a mark for someone just trying to get my money. There was so much value from Tyler and the awesome team he brought with him. I thank them for a great weekend!

Demystifying Multifamily Real Estate: A Workshop That Delivered!!
Over the course of just three days, I felt as though I received the equivalent of a 12-week intensive class in multifamily business processes. It was an exceptionally efficient use of my time and money. I have invested in residential and retail properties without really understanding what it takes to make a deal happen or how the return was calculated. And I have trusted my friends in these deals but have been the least familiar with real estate terminology and the detailed breakdown of its operational steps. This workshop helped me gain clarity and comfort in a domain I previously considered high-risk. As a result, my confidence in navigating the real estate space has significantly improved. My only improvement for the training by Tyler D. is to use less expletives. I really appreciated the care and concern shared by the Team to make this workshop happen and be a great experience.

My 4-star rating reflects one key area for improvement: the absence of providing breakfast or lunch, such as morning pastries or sandwiches. Given the length of the day—spanning 9 to 10 hours—this was an unexpected oversight that impacted the overall experience. Making it more difficult to absorb and retain important information.

Great opportunity to meet people and network! Great information to learn and use them in case studies. I would give it a 5 if we can encourage people to write down their questions and have moments (5-10min) throughout the workshop just to just answer those questions just to stay in task. Everything else was great!

As someone with real estate investment…
As someone with real estate investment experience, I was not impressed with the level of education I received, although what was delivered was extremely necessary information, it was not structured or in depth that I was looking for $1,500. The instructor, although extremely knowledgeable and personable (a great guy, actually, as well as the entire team) jumped around continuously throughout the workbook, for the 3 days of training. I am certain there was a logical reason for this, however, for me I would have liked a more linear, structured learning process. Maybe the success rate is better in the way it was done. But again, I would have preferred it the way described earlier. Speaking of success, I left feeling I paid $1,500 to be pitched a $40,000 network. I believe the network is extremely valuable, and one that I may eventually join (@the $40,000) but i am extremely disappointed that I paid for the offer. Too much time , and I am probably being generous when I say 30% (it was perhaps half on some segments) was spent on selling the network. Huge disappointment. I have never been in a situation where I paid to be sold.

Learned a ton of knowledge that is gonna help me a ton on my journey, but the mentorship program they are selling is just too expensive for me, and I know the price pushed others away, too. This business also isn't for everyone, but I am definitely gonna circle back in a few years.
