Tacky cheap clothing and shoes from China. I’m smarter than this. I normally read the reviews but this site looked legit. By the time I found out the sit was from China I knew I was screwed. Can’t believe there were good reviews.

Total scam! Do not order! They are advertising great pictures of other companies' shoes but they will send you cheap Chinese knockoffs. Good luck returning them to China and getting a refund then. I wish I had red the reviews before falling for the fake pretty pictures.

Pearlfeet went beyond what I first expected to see that I received my purchase. They surprised me with their care about me receiving my shoes. Today they even texted me to inform me that my shoes had arrived in my country.

I should have read the review prior to ordering my wife a pair of shoes. I ordered a pair size 9 (39 EU). When received, the shoes were too small. I contacted the company and was told I could return them and pay postage to China or just "give them to a friend". I informed them that the shoes were made incorrectly. No response yet.

Total sham of a company. Followed their return policy and never received my refund. They will not answer the phone or respond to emails.

Zusätzlich zu den schon genannten Faktoren (schlechte Ware, schlechter Service, schlechte Kommunikation) kommt noch hinzu: man kann den Newsletter nicht abbestellen und wird weiter mit Spam-Mails penetriert.

Upon looking at some back emails from last year I opened one from pearlfeet... took 3 months to get 2 pair of size 13... when they got here...I got an 11.5 and a 10.5... girlie shoes. Several attempts at working the problem out with their... and I use the term lightly... customer service dept... their suggestion... pay the shipping back... well send you 2 pair just like them... or keep them and give them as xmas presents... order 2 more pair...I nearly spit coffee on that one. They were nice looking shoes and i did eventually find two of my friends with girlie feet who liked them... bottom line... don't order from this company. Please save your money. Total waste

WARNING!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THE INTERNET FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY! THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM BILLING YOUR CREDIT CARD BUT THEY DO NO SHIP THE MERCHANDISE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A LONG DISTANCE PHONE NUMBER IN CHINA. A TOTAL RIP OFF.

GOOD LUCK WITH GETTING YOUR $ BACK. Ordered shoes and other items that took long time to receive. All the items sent were wrong size and wrong items.wasn't canvas. Notified Compnay via email and requested return shipping label and full refund. Three weeks later still going back and forth on email for a full refund to no avail i went online and i found their support info which is THIS COMPANY FINALLY DEPOSITED MY MONEY INTO MY NANK they do not stand behind the products they sell, and products not even second quality merchandise Nothing like the picture!!! RIP OFF company, I ordered 3 articles for $97.58
In April 2020, never arrived. I sent many emails, to pearlfeetservice...
never replay... They stole my money.

Horrid! I contacted their “customer service” several times with no result. Basically I didn’t get the discount that was offered at the time of sale. So I immediately contacted them to cancel the order or give me my refund. No response! I contacted them again NO RESPONSE! Then the “crap” I ordered showed up … Wrong sizes sent for everything! Again I contacted them and again no answer! The quality of the shoes were sub par … the quality of the shirts also awful! I’ll be contacting my State Attorney General office.
Companies like this should be shut down! They make it impossible to contact them… refunds need to be approved but by who or even how? WARNING… Do Not BUY anything from these crooks!!!! It’s a total ripoff!

What I ordered, WAS NOT what I received. I wish I could post the photos here. I asked for a refund, they told me I would have to pay to ship them back and it would be very expensive. They wanted to know if I would keep them for 30% off. Then 50% off and give them to a friend. Finally they conceded to a full refund. I ordered 2 pair. The first pair arrived in a couple of weeks. Very poor materials with a sole that you will slip on any type of flooring. The second pair followed a month later after several emails asking for tracking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING

Scam alert! Do not order. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes . After several months with out a return label I got a strange package from a JOe Doe
With 2 pairs of shoes I did not order.
I could not get a hold of anyone! I gave one pair away. I finally found out the charged me for both pairs. I lost near 90.00! Scam scam scam! These illegal sites pop up on face book often. DO NOT ORDER

I ordered from this company in May 2021. Received an email stating my order had shipped. As of today, June 9, I have not received my package. Sent 2 emails to the company with no response. Called the "contact us" number and got message stating there was no one available to take my call. This is when I discovered this company is in China. Had I known before ordering, I would have never ordered, because of previous problems I had with another Chinese based company.
Wish I had read reviews before ordering. This is a horrible company!

Have to agree with the last disgruntled customer. To buy these products, is just throwing money down the drain.
Only gave 1 star as couldn’t give nothing.
Their customer service, is pretty poor at best.
Sent the wrong pr. of boots and an Over-shirt shirt that must have been 3 sizes to small. Despite their size guide saying a XL (UK 45-47) was 48”
Bit of a clue in the name Over-shirt really?!?!
Said they’d refund 30% & I could give the shirt away as a present. So 70% of the cost down & no product.
Eventually refunded most of the losses, if I said, ‘Kind words about their goods’!!!

I have placed an order about two years ago and I still haven’t got it yet. They say the product I ordered is sold out and I kept sending them email, but they don’t answer anymore. So they took my money and I lost money

This is a ripoff company. I got scam of 60 dollars. The product they sell is made of very cheap materials. It took 3 months for my order to arrived and as soon as I saw what I ordered, didn't even tried it on, the trash it went!!! Whoever the people behind this company or corporation, the manpower, the pencil pushers, the management, they all have one thing in common - to scam people. I wished I can cussed them out,but with all due respect to this site, I'll keep it to myself.
