Wow! Wow! Wow!

I think five Star is not enough for the outstanding service that I have received from Peepal. Although this time my home buying process was complicated but a professional advice as usual from Peepal made it just simple and smooth.
Specially: Jasmine Dodkin (Tidworth Branch), a beautiful lady with her exceptional expert knowledge and quality customer service in terms of my Mortgage process was amazing and beyond my imagination. From the first day to the last day of completion, she was updating me with each and every stages of the process. She was so proactive that most of the situation were already solved by her either liaising with the solicitor or with the estate agent's Manager. We are so impressed with her speedy response and easily accessible for communication at any time. We thank god that we got such a role model Mortage Advisor where we always dreamt of. We were guided throughout the mortgage and protection process by Smriti Shrestha Pun of Swindon branch. Everything was done 100% smoothly without even having to pop in to the office and personally see her once. She was very clear, had full understanding about what she was doing and saying, very patient and superb at "chasing" who needed to be chased for us. In other words, she's like the "mother" to her clients. I would highly recommend this jolly person to anyone.

It's been a journey and we owe it to Peepal's help and support. Surya Gurung bhai was personally involved from the very outset and went the extra mile to ensure that all was on track. Being the director for two companies allows for limited latitude in how much he can do in a typical working day - his brief is extremely busy. Despite all that, he found time to respond to my calls (I'd often call him during after-hours!) and emails. Our initial application fell through for reasons of technicality and here, he was quick to come up with an alternative option which worked to our advantage - very satisfied with the outcome. A huge thank you to Surya bhai for all of that and much else besides. His staff will equally need mentioning. Binita Malla Gurung was absolutely brilliant in her approach to tasks that I sent her way. She'd act upon my request pronto and this quick turn-around meant that the application received the immediate attention of lenders dealing with it. Her work ethic aside, it is the personal qualities which neatly complement her professional outputs - she is polite and approachable. A big thank you to her.
