The gym gstrings absolutely suck.
I followed all of their recommendations to size up where it said and STILL when I put them on they cut in worse than any pair of underwear I’ve owned in a long time. Of course they can’t be returned. Poorly, poorly designed and made, likely weird out of proportion - and I am 170cm/75kg average/larger build.
Stuck with weird gees now.

Please do not buy.

Amazing piece of equipment. I had a misaligned pelvis for years without realising & it was causing havoc with ny right side. I spent a ridiculous amoint of money on sports massagr to eleviate the symptoms. Eventually I saw a physio would put it back into place, for it to then misalign again. This piece of equipment saves me so much money and time, because it means I can realign my pelvis in the comfort of my own home and literally takes a couple of minites! It has completely sorted out my back pain and sciatica and it has trained my pelvis to the point, that I rarely now need to use it. Ignore the bad reviews. These are probably people who dont totally understand what it is for and potentially have back pain due to other circumstances rather than a misaligned pelvis. I would 100% recommend.

This bit of kit is absolutely magic! I can't believe it works and half expected the reviews to be made up - so pleased to confirm they aren't.
It gives instant relief and I can feel with regular use that my back muscles are strengthening.

A friend recommended Pelvipro . I did have slight problem ordering it but Chris was very helpful in sorting the problem. Delivery ceased swift. I have been using it building up gradually and so far all is going well. I use it along side a few exercises.

I could not manage to use it yet because I was in too much psin but I am using the exercises and there is already improvement so will be trying the pelvipro again this week

I am convinced the theory is good. In practice, the narrow width makes me feel a bit wonky (sure it's okay, just feels wonky). And my sciatic nerve is not ready for the full exercise. But I understand how to modify the exercise until I can do the full version. So, 3 stars because I reckon it's going to take a lot lot longer than even the basic plan, and because I'd like to feel more secure with the sizing.

In the last couple of years I have started to experience back pain and spasm, struggling through with a few exercises given to me by the health insurance physio etc and so taking weeks to fully recover each time.
Most recently I triggered something a couple of days before a ski trip - in fear of missing out (I couldn't even face the plane never mind the slopes) I visited a physio who showed me my pelvis was out of line which was the cause and let me try a pelvipro. This device is amazing, it immediately moved my pelvis back in line (as demo by the physio) so I bought one and through use twice a day I quickly relieved the pain and was able to go from unable to sit or drive without pain on the Friday to managing a full week of skiing the next week !

I have continued to use it for a couple of weeks and am now feeling back to normal - much quicker than past experiences.

Ive seen other reviewers being less positive - I do wonder if they are using it correctly, long enough or using it for the right issues. For me, with lower back pain and spasm, this device is a game changer and I won't let anyone tell me otherwise.

Worth every penny if I can get back on the slopes / bike / to work faster and prevent recurrence.

Now using before long bike rides, exercise or exertion as a preventative. Takes 2 mins - why wouldn't I ?

I have suffered with lower back pain for most of my adult life I started using the Pelvipro at a time my back was particularly bad and I no longer had health insurance. Physiotherapy would have cost me hundreds of pounds to get to the point I could walk confidently of not going into spasm. After suffering with a bad back for years, Chris at My physio, recommended trying the pelvi pro. After regularly using it my back has been so much better! Would highly recommend this product.

My son already has the pelvipro and uses it regularly, I have a problem with my pelvis going out of line from time to time, I was borrowing my sons to sort it out but soon realised I should have my own, it really helps, It sorts it out very quickly and relieves the pain, I use it as instructed every week and it keeps everything in line.

Great product, really pleased to be working with it and finding out what it can do for myself and patients.

Easy to use when pelvis out of alignment. The Pelvi pro helps for positioning pelvis slightly up from the floor then placing arm on my left side of protruding Pelvis, keeping in position whilst continuing with exercise to realign. It works every time eliminating the pain, no more aches as the days go by.

Pelvipro provides immediate relief from discomfort in my hips and regular use has use has helped me to regain strength and reduce the need for pain killers. I would highly recommend Pelvipro.

Having suffered with back problems since the age of 15 after a car accident, I was constantly visiting a physio to help put my pelvis back into alignment. Chris introduced the pelvipro to me and it changed my life and my bank balance. Anytime I start to feel twinges I do my exercises on the pelvipro and it works a treat. I now, very rarely have the need to visit the physio.
