piece of junk
First I bought machine because I had it done at my Dr office which charged me fore it. So I know how it suppose to feel and work. Well I saw this on the internet and it was in the middle range for price and it went up to the settings at that the Dr office did. When I purchased it. The email came up as shockwave device when the credit card contacts me because it comes up at shoe height company name. So there was a dispute took a while to get that straighten out. In that time the machine arrives. I try it out and the machine does not perform like the Dr's. I cannot feel anything at the head but I can feel it it the handle of the gun. So I contacted them they gave me a run around asking for videos and said they think it is working fine. If I cannot feel anything at the head but can feel it in the handle I am getting nothing .I would not recommend anyone to buy this machine. If the internet add would of disclosed where it would of came from I would not of bought it. If it would of came from the states I could of returned it because I am not satisfied .

Review zonder uitnodiging
No results with consistent use, settings are confusing.
1. I have been using it consistently for about two months with no results.
2. There are pictures on the device as if there are preprogrammed settings for different levels of ED, yet they are only there for show. Nothing happens when you press them.
3. There are instructions for the level of intensity and impulse, yet very difficult to extrapolate to the settings themselves.
4. I emailed the company twice with no response.
5. I'm past my return date, so I cannot get a refund.

Regarding your mention of unresponsive preset modes, this only indicates that our device can treat these conditions. The parameters for each type of ED treatment are different; setting different coefficients can treat different types of ED.
Regarding your question about unclear intensity and frequency settings, please refer to the parameters in our instruction manual.
At the same time, we sincerely apologize for not receiving a reply to your two emails—this is absolutely not in line with our service standards. We have already begun checking our customer service system to ensure that similar oversights do not occur again.
The feeling of "no effect" usually stems from a few common reasons, which may help us find the problem:
Individual differences and tolerance: Everyone's physical condition and sensitivity to energy are different. Just as some people see results after taking one pill, while others need a higher dose. You may need a "gradual adaptation" process.
Operating parameters and techniques: The energy intensity, frequency, duration of treatment on the same area per session, and choice of treatment head all have a decisive impact on the results. Incorrect parameters may prevent energy from effectively targeting the tissue.
Treatment course and duration: The effects of this type of device are cumulative. A full course of treatment (e.g., 3-5 sessions) is usually required for the effects to gradually stabilize and become noticeable. A single use may not produce immediate and significant changes.
