Outstanding and faultless service as always with Jill Rickson. My parents were getting terrible advice and guidance when looking into taking out Equity release on their home, if Jill hadn’t stepped in to advise them they would have paid over £4000 on unnecessary fees! Jill spoke to my parents over the phone and talked them through what equity release entailed and what the best options were. Extremely reassuring and of great comfort for them to be in such trustworthy hands. The equity release was organised within a matter of hours and all sent over to my parents via email with very clear and high-lighted instructions..... very useful as my parents are not tech savvy!
