However, we were disappointed with how a post-completion issue regarding the condition of the property was handled, as it was not resolved satisfactorily.

I had an issue with a leak that we couldn’t locate where the damage was coming from. She took it upon herself to resolve which was not straight forward because the property was being damaged by a commercial building. I cannot recommend Emilia enough and if you want your property look after by her I would definitely highly recommend.

Joanna, our property manager, has been incredibly helpful with any issues we’ve had in our apartment. She responds to emails quickly, stays on top of things, and always does her best to assist. Her professionalism and reliability are truly appreciable.

In the estate agents' world, one does not often come across someone of integrity and decency, but Sean is one of those rare gems. Added to that, he is extremely efficient, hard-working and keeps focussed on the prize, i.e. the sale of the property. Sean helped us sell a difficult flat in difficult circumstances, with the minimum of fuss. His communication is excellent and he is a pleasure to deal with.
