Just exchanged contracts on buying a property. When you are buying you get no say over the estate agent as the seller chooses. But luckily in this case Sean from Penny and Sinclair was very pro- active in liaising with the sellers and the lawyers involved. He kept me informed on where we were at in the process and worked hard to get us to the point of exchange.

Joe Worsall was 'with us all the way' in organising and completing the sale of our house and purchase of the next. His guidance and knowledge and professional expertise made the whole process easier! From start to finish (less than 6 months) we were always impressed by him and his colleagues at Penny & Sinclair. No questions were left unanswered. We were always given plenty of warning for viewing appointments. Joe would arrive early and cheerfully and we appreciated his discretion and constant prompt feed-back. Ditto liaison with the next purchase and our viewings there.

From the first moment I met the Associate Director for an appraisal of my flat, he was professional and very knowledgeable. Once I appointed Penny and Sinclair to act in my sale they kept me informed throughout; at first showing viewings round for me and then, once I had a sale they let me know what was going on; answering email queries from me promptly and liaising between solicitors and the buyer when necessary. I want to highlight Joanna, our property manager, who was responsible for communications and action throughout our rental period. Joanna is a responsible, committed professional and a clear communicator.

Recently, we faced problems with mould and dampness in the property. Joanna swiftly visited the property and convinced the landlord to fix this problem. She arranged for a renovation and ensured that renovation was completed in the stipulated timeframe. Highly recommend her!

We rented two short-let properties from Penny & Sinclair (St Clements) and were incredibly impressed with the team; especially, Lillimai Patrick who was always unfailingly polite, efficient and engaging, answered all our queries promptly, and went the extra mile to ensure that our four-month stay in Oxford ran smoothly.
