Beaware of Peoples Jewellers scam,never ever listen to their 0% interest scam,
Am the victim of their 0% #interestdeal
I went to buy some jewellery for my wife as a wedding anniversary gift in #December2023 and one of their salesperson told me about that deal of 0% interest for #2years,i got that deal and buy more than $2500 jewellery for my wife but in january 2025 i got email from #flexiti (to whom they have contract for financing) that due to no payment you charged with interest of $ 1000
I was shocked 😲 and when i contact them they said you have 1 year contract instead of 2years,might be some typing mistake of salesperson so contact #PeoplesJewellers they will help you,i go to the #Peoplesjewellers store and they said contact with customer service,i call them and the lady listen my whole story and said we will help you it might be salesperson typing mistake,but after about half an hour of talking the customer service lady shut her mouth and didn't even listen to me neither end the call,so i call again #flexiti and they said only #PeoplesJewellers can help you as its their error,if they correct this mistake then you will pay at the promised date not before.so am like a hamster in a wheel.they didn't help me at all.

So save yourself and your hard earned money from #peoplesjewellers scam.

Ordered Ring for Daughter ,paid for it and the day it was to be delivered we got a email saying it would be another three weeks when posted online said in stock. When I called in the person on the phone was clueless , couldn t answer one question and after 25 minutes I gave up with no resolution
Scammed for 300 bucks .
We used people's for over 35 years and will not shop there Ever Again.

First the company took an order, charged his visa, then told him it was out of stock. Then we had to wait for the charge to reverse. Once reversed- Ordered the wrong ring in error and then was told they couldn't cancel the order even though it had not yet shipped. This ring was to be for Valentines' Day. They don't care. WE will have to ship it back and wait for yet another refund. Other sites let you cancel your order if not shipped..... Greed gets in the way with this company.

I would not even give them one star if I could. The people's online store is terrible.Their customer service is terrible.Their shipping is terribleI was told two different stories.It was going to take over a month for me to get my product that I ordered.They told me it was lost, then they told me it had to be remade.They are a joke.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My boyfriend tried to order a ring on line. After entering all the information, he was told the item was not in stock. Later that evening I went in and the item was in stock. We entered the information and then were informed order was not placed because of insufficient funds on his credit card. They pulled the money from his card even though the order was not completed because the item was not even in stock. Now he can't order another ring until the waits for the charges to be reversed. Who charges money to your credit card for an item that was not in stock and an order that was not completed?????? Very disturbing....

I bought a watch in 2016 for approximately 300.00 and it is a piece of junk. Took it repair twice and then warranty it off. The skin that I thought was not skin on it has fallen off and it looks like something a dog chewed on. It was a 20th anniversary present and after fighting with people on it they say to bad so sad. I have earnings from a dollar that have lasted longer than my 300.00 watch I got from what I thought was a good jeweler. There customer service was terrible and they dont care. They take your money and they don't give a blank about you after that. If you can buy your jewelry at another store I strongly suggest you do. I bought extended warranty and asked what I thought was all the right questions and look what got. JUNK.

I took my wedding set in for resizing and replating and also expected that some prongs would need repair. I was intially quoted about $400 but knew that the prong repairs would likely increase that amount. After the rings were sent away, I received a quote of $9000 to do all the repairs. I did not approve the repair and took my rings somewhere else. The second jewellry store did the resizing, replating and all repairs for just over $1000. They assured me that the rings were now in perfect condition. I confirmed with them that no other prongs were needing repair in the near future and they said no. After getting my rings back, I then took them to a third jeweller just to confirm that all was good with the rings and they too confirmed that they were in perfect condition after the repairs. People's said they needed to replace 164 prongs within my set. Not true.

I haven't been to Peoples' in a long time. Today, Irene at the Kanata Ontario location in Ottawa Ontario assisted us with a special purchase (albeit meager cost) and treated us like we were buying diamonds❣️❣️Believe me when I say, it made me feel like I want to go back and when I do plan to buy more jewellery I will be asking for Irene to serve us ‼️

Brockville Peoples jewellers has friendly, helpful staff. I have always been happy with my purchases and the service there.

Pick up orders today and when there sale girl push me. She push me like I'm not there. She doesn't even say sorry. Very rude. She even pack my stuff very aggressively. You should have seen how "she push my paper in the paper bag" I don't know what up with her.

My recent visit to Peoples Jewellers was to re-purchase a locket my husband gifted to me, Christmas/2022. I was truly devastated, believing I lost this precious gift with photos of my treasured grandchildren. The customer service I received was truly felt with much humble compassion, genuine care and understanding. Peoples Jewellers dedicated staff are both humble and kind...true leaders in the fashion industry!

I would rather give 0. Horrible products and quality. Bought 3 products and all broke after wearing for few times. Never going back to them

I purchased the lifetime guarantee for a gold ring, the shank split and it took it in for repair they said it wasn’t covered and tried to upsell me $440.00 for a new shank. The guarantee means nothing don’t bother there are better jewelry stores out there

I have bought multiple items from Peoples and the products are okay. My only confusion is if you order on line it takes a month to receive it. Makes no sense in the world of online shopping why they would be so slow.

Masonville People’s Jewelers. Horrible product and service. Two necklaces purchased both broke within a month or so of wearing. Manager tried to upsell. Would not replace broken item. Said the pendent was too big for chain. However admitted to selling both products to my husband. Said she would look into replacement with head office. No call back. Will never purchase from peoples again.

I bought a Vera Wang engagement and wedding ring . The gold is supposed to be white but in 2 months it now looks like a gumball machine ring. It looks dull and almost yellowish. I've contacted oeoples and they will NOT DO A DAM THING. my fiancee gave then both back she that crushed . I spent 6500 and now have junk in a drawer. Peoples is the worst ever

Sent my ring to be sized to an 8. It came back a 7.5 and when I returned to ask for it to be sent back because it was cutting off circulation in my finger, the woman was very rude and insisted that I didn't want it bigger! As if she could know what my hand felt like.
My wedding band of white gold has completely turned yellow within months. And my engagement ring has lost diamonds on 3 occasions in less than 2 years. We have the warranty but the sales clerks hassle me everytime I request a service! I would expect some sympathy, knowing that these are important pieces of jewelry. However, they don't care and their product is awful. I'm sad to think my wedding and engagement rings barely lasted a year of quality.

They review a ZERO in Customer service. Worst experience ever!

My wedding band was resized at Guilford Mall in Surrey BC. Unfortunately, my band was lost in transit. Not sure how you lose something that is trackable. They replaced the wedding band and requested me to sign a waiver because of their mess up!

I declined and still waiting for a refund. I don’t recommend using People’s services.

I was helping my mom buy a golden ring for her grandson, my son. There were some complications relating to the ring size and store discounts, so we had to deal with several staff members from the Sherway Mall People’s location. All of them (Natalya, Octavia, Jeet) were very helpful, accommodating and kind. They considered our needs and met them without trying to oversell .

I never do this. I pick a place I think I can trust and then I am loyal.

Had to purchase a present in a hurry and as circumstance would have it, I had no way to get to the store. I went online and purchased a diamond pendant from People’s. What I thought I would get and what I received was not the same. The website showed a fairly large circular pendant with small diamonds. I picked it as there was pretty detail between each stone. What I got was a tiny circular pendant that is so small, you can’t see the detail at all between the stones.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that I could bring it back to the store to have it measured. Nothing in the exchange was pleasant. All the accountability for corrective action was put on me, the customer. I suggested that perhaps the photos on the website misrepresented their products and that they should add a point of reference to give buyers a better sense of what they are buying. Instead I got a sorry you aren’t happy. No accountability

This is the second time we have tried to have some corrective action from People’s. The last was over diamond earrings. Should have learned my lesson then. Will be shipping elsewhere
