Great Delivery services
but sending limit very low in starting .

This is a complete scam, they have been taking money from my account for 2 years after it was cancelled, they deny all knowledge of receiving my emails until i showed them, they will not refund, shocking is an understatement !!!!

This is the worst email SMTP, the support is poor and they cant help me on my issue.

They keep spamming me with emails about writing them a review.

I did not agree to let them share my personal information with 3rd parties (g2) but they did it anyway.

I am in the middle of migration to pepipost. It was hard to pass the authorize domain part. But after passed that part, everything just went smooth. The support is so helpful, and support is on a different level, via the livechat. Although for a very technical one still go by email. I mean, you cannot be chatting all the time for 24 hours long.

The deliverability is good. I am sending transactional emails, and so far all get into inbox.

The dashboard gave me insight of what happened with the emails sent, and can see the details result of each email.

Oh.. and the price is so competitive. This is one of the main reason I switch to Pepihost.

So far, for me, they keep what they promise since the first chat with the representative. Up till this point, really really satisfy with their service.

One thing to watch for when looking for such service. There are so many scammed fake company I myself almost get into one or two in my journey. But the key for me is check from at least 3 source. And this pepipost, they are legit.

Support team is very good and takes care of all my email delivery problems.

Using Pepipost has resulted in a very high rate of email sent to the inbox, and with the Warmup plan, I learned how to keep that rate as the number of emails to be sent increases.
I am very happy with Pepipost.

Once I was in a trial mode, they approved my account after review but won't allow me to upgrade because of their strict policy. Suddenly, I started reaching me to reconsider and then called several times to set up a meeting with the boss, Tim. The meeting went smoothly, and they assured us we are a good move toward the next step (Documentation) and then totally ghosted out. No more response to any email or call. Totally unprofessional and disgusting behaviour.

Pepipost is the best mail delivary ever!
We're using Pepipost for all of our website's outgoing emails.
We were using Sparkpost before and for some errors/problems we had to migrate to other platforms. When we start using Pepipost the road was so clear and everything was done in less than 10 minutes!
The online support at Pepipost is very fast and really helpful, they really solve your problems and guide you through.

i had issues with my website i was not receiving my orders to my gmail account from the on line store purchasing. the plugins was faulty sending emails to my gmail account. my web designer found the problem and used pepipost to assist and repair the problem. everything was back to normal for a month then it stopped. i asked my web designer to help me again and she recommended another web designer and he took so long to help me. the same problem came back. i then decide to contact pepipost and they assisted me and renewed my plugins to receive emails for orders so that i could deliver my products to my customers.

Great service for delivering emails. The support Chat line is responsive and helpful answering queries. The free plan is great to get started and it is easy to upgrade as volumes increase. The service would be even better if there was an upgrade plan for 50,000 emails/month.
