Disappointed in this company
Disappointed in this company. I ordered bags of cattle feed on 29/04 and heard nothing regarding my order. I then sent an email on 16/05 requesting an ETA, but received no response.
On 19/05, I finally received an automated email stating that my order had been cancelled with no phone call, email, or explanation as to why. Very poor customer service and communication throughout.

Percys Pets pack it in a very secure sack....brilliant and easy to transport and lift. Always arrives safely .
Doesn't take long to arrive in Belfast and delivery charge is amazing, considering the weight.

The item was out of stock so I requested an update when it was back in stock which I received.
Slight issue with delivery in that the courier took the parcel to a neighbour and the delivery photo is at my neighbours. We asked if he was DPD and he said no despite DPD being on the van. My neighbour shouted that it wasn't her parcel the courier then retrieved it from 26 and brought it to us at 46.
We have no issues with the product it is exactly what we needed and very good quality. The price was good for the size of the bale - 125 litres.
Will be shopping with this seller again in the future.

Lovely customer service from Jess
Lovely customer service from Jess, I had to return a dog bed as it wasn't right for my dog and they were really understanding, and despite me probably being an annoying customer by nagging them for returns info (as the bed is bulky and was taking up space in my small flat), they were so friendly and helpful about it.
