Hi Vikki,
I am so sorry your order was cancelled.
I have spoken with our team and can see a technical issue meant the item over-sold, and for this I apologise.
I can see one of our customer service team has been in touch and offered you a discount code for the trouble. We really do hope we can serve you again soon and show you the service we aim to provide.
Sorry again for any inconvenience caused here.

The box it came in was completely gone and the post office had placed it in a plastic bag . The actual box the perfume is in is also all dented. I am hoping when my daughter opens the box the glass bottle is still in one piece. It's a birthday present so couldn't send it back. It does look very scruffy for a lovely perfume.
