NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!
Ordered 2x perspex shelves, it claims on the webpage that its stronger than glass, suitable for shelving etc. Received thin flexible perspex that just falls off the brackets.
Rang back and was told to send an email with the issue. Was told I can't get a refund (although the order page says SHELF it's my mistake apparently) but instead I can order 2x 10mm perspex for a further £97!

I have now rang 4 times over the space of a week to speak to a manager as the product isn't suitable for use. Been told every time the manager is very busy on the phone and will call me back. Rang back again today and it just feels like customer service is laughing at you saying they'll definitely ring back this time even though they never do. They refuse to put you through to the manager and just say sorry there's nothing they can do as they're on the phone. Ironically I have had 3 emails since my purchase asking me to get in touch if theres any issues.
Would never buy from here again. £35 wasted.

Order placed 22/4, not received, numerous emails to ask for reason for delay, expected deliver, 20/5 told prioritising, as of 5/6 still nothing, contacted to request refund, 15/6 not heard a thing so phoned - very unhappy - told them I wanted a refund (which had not been processed). Young lady said would 'check if she can' (!) and confirmed, but would take up top 14 days! Astonishing poor service!

I looked around for various suppliers and found Perspex Sheet UK to have very competitive prices. It was so easy to order. I paid for express delivery. I was given tracking details. I was also messaged by the courier when to expect my parcel. All in all a really good product and service

Can’t fault the process at all. Easy to order, a mistake I made was quickly rectified.
End result perfect for my caravan fridge.

The perspex was perfect ,very good quality ,contacted customer services who were very helpful ,arrived soner rhan I expected, I would highly recommend this company .

We ordered some samples from the company to see if they were suitable and they were delivered and looked perfect for what we wanted them for. So we ordered the size and they fitted perfectly and looked amazing on the unit, just like a glass shelf.

The items ordered were perfect. Exactly what I wanted. Great service.

To be honest they just supplied exactly what I ordered, efficiently, quickly and for a very reasonable price.

I also clicked the wrong option when ordering and they handled my request to change it without fuss.

Ordered 2 pieces of perspex to put on the wall of my pottery studio behind my wheel to protect the wall from splashes. One wall had a double socket so I emailed the company to ask if I sent the measurements would they cut out a hole for the socket. I got a call back to say they could do it but it would be an extra £35 on top of the £100 i had already paid. The staff member then said I could do it myself simply by drilling a pilot hole and using a jigsaw. Perspex arrived and I tried to drill the hole but the perspex immediately cracked. I then tried using the jigsaw and it cracked even further, making a real mess of the sheet. I emailed the company advising of this and asking for assistance. First response simply said I hadn't asked then to cut out a hole. Nothing to do with what I'd said in my email! I then called and spoke to same member of staff and she said she'd take advice and get back to me. No response in a week so called her back. Said she'd spoken to someone and nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she'd get one to call me. 2 months later I'm still waiting! Severely disappointed in this company and their lack of customer service. Also give advise to cut the sheet myself which resulted in damage. Should never have been told to do this and as a result I've now got a hideous big cracked piece of perspex on my wall! Wouldn't purchase from them again.

Have used this company for Perspex sheets before, and was 100% satisfied then. I needed more sheets and this was the first company I went to again to fulfill my new requirement for Perspex sheets. Finding what I needed was easy to navigate around the site. Placing my order was a breeze. Delivery time was excellent.
I can’t recommend this company highly enough, and will definitely be using them again.
Just in case you are wondering what I do with Perspex sheets. Perspex sheets are excellent when cut to size, for protection to your tables, bedside locker, chest of drawers etc. they prevent water damage, cup marking etc to your furniture.

I ordered a sheet of perspexs for the top of my aquarium, ordering was so easy, and asked all my requirements, when it arrived it fitted perfectly, I am so pleased with it , and very good value for money, very good company to deal with and service excellant

Easy to find and order exactly what I needed. Delivery was within the staff time schedule. Silver acrylic mirror for the gym was great. Positive experience

I made an order with this company on the 8th march for a small piece of glass. It’s now the 5th may and I have received no order, today I asked for a full refund. Every time I emailed for an update, I got the same generic message, that it’s been escalated and an update will be issued asap, which never happened.
It’s disappointing to say the least, even the refund can take up to 2 weeks. Not sure what takes so long!

Do NOT touch this company with a barge pole.
They did not deliver my order on time which caused great upset as it was a present. As too late I subsequently asked for delivery now to be held until mid-June and was told this would be done. I both telephoned the service number (who took an age to answer) and followed up with an email to this effect. A few days later I received an email from Yodel saying they were going to deliver the package. I then telephoned Perspex Sheets again and this time was promised that the order would definitely not be sent out. However the delivery then arrived - we weren’t in and it was left in the garden!
Every telephone call took an inordinate length of time to be answered (I imagine the company make more money the longer you have to stay on line) and the company did not keep to its word.
The order wasn’t big but it was very badly handled and I advise anyone thinking of ordering from Perspex Sheet UK to go elsewhere.
