Ordered on Saturday to be delivered Wednesday no confirmation email rang today spoke to a lady who has no record of payment or order. I have now contacted my card supplier for a refund dreadful company please avoid.....after a whatsapp from an employer who sorted my query and issued a partial refund for time to delivery my order was cut to size and exactly as expected

Terrible service..

Placed an order on the 30th June, was told delivery would be by yesterday 6th July. Called 3 times to eventually speak to someone and when i explained that our order had not arrived and we had the window missing on the shed all i was old was they may send it today, or they may send it tomorrow. I have checked my emails and there is no notification of any delivery for tomorrow still. Guess this is going to be another few days before the hole gets filled in the shed (hopefully).

The product itself in terms of the Perspex is absolutely fine so issues. What lets the company down is the customer service.
I telephoned and spoke to Melody to ask to add some adhesive to my order. She advised that wouldn’t be a problem and I paid the additional amount.
What was then delivered was silicone sealant - not what I ordered.
I proceeded to call again and was advised the adhesive would be in the order with my Perspex.
This didn’t happen so I called again. Melody advised that adhesive would arrive today as a separate delivery. Lo and behold nothing has arrived again so I’ll have to make another call. Customer service and aftercare is letting the company down.
I’ve now spoken to Ian who has advised he will definitely get this sorted so I hope he does as the product itself is perfect and just what I needed.

I am making a sensory art sculpture for a local school. I have not worked with Perspex material before, and I found the website really informative. The website is easy to use, and I even accomplished a stress-free order.

All good, I measured what I needed to cover a patio table after the glass broke. Simple website to follow and turned up a week and a half later to the exact size including the centre hole.

FANTASTIC. Have used this company several times for various Perspex cut to my measurements and always arrives quickly and securely packaged, good quality products and very well priced, recently ordered 5 shaped corners to use as floating shelves in bathroom to replace my glass ones, these look so much better than my glass ones, are really strong, larger than I had before and much cheaper. Highly Recommend

The sales process worked well hence the 2 stars but the quality of the finished item was poor.
I only ordered a small cut and polished piece of perspex. The sizing wasn't the finished size I ordered. Also the polishing process has left me with a 3mm notch and adjust on the edge, and the one corner has been rounded. The polisher hasn't taken the time and pride or care in their work.
Also there's two scratches in the sheet underneath the protected film. I really can not recommend this supplier.

It’s now over a month since I placed my order for a number of products. Initially everything went smoothly. I received a custom quote from a very helpful person called Ian and the order was placed, initially delivery was supposed to be between seven and 14 days.

On day 15, I called to chase the order. No one in customer service answered the phone despite me trying a number of times, so in the end I call the sales number and ended up speaking to Ian who chased things up. The order was then delivered within a couple of days. Unfortunately, none of the edges had been polished and buffed, so the items were not use to me. Again, I tried to reach customer service, but gave up and again went directly through Ian. Photographs were sent over to highlight the problem and Ian arranged for the order to be remade and sent..

Sadly, when it arrived, once again the edges had not been polished and buffed. I immediately sent an email to customer services along with photographs. I got no response. A few days later I tried many times to reach customer services and did finally get through. They were aware of the problem but didn’t appear to have actually done anything about it. The lady I spoke to was very vague about what was happening and seemed to suggest that the order will be remade and I would receive it within the next four or five days.

Four or five days of now passed and I’ve still not received it.

So far, I’ve had two incorrect orders and I still haven’t received the products that I actually ordered. I’ve therefore waited over a month for nothing.

Despite Ian being incredibly helpful, I can’t recommend this company as they seem to have massive problems in production and customer service are virtually impossible to get hold of

Ordered 2 frosted black sheets to fit in the back of an all white glazed display cabinet to enhance my crystal collection. They fit perfectly, look fantastic in situ and were delivered on time with plenty of advance notification. Arrived well packaged. Would use again. Thank you.

Excellent! I had a specific measurement with rounded corners & polished/buffed as it will be used as a display stand for my models, also 5mm thick. Designers worked their magic & the results are perfect. Kepy up to date with tracking, sheet wrapped/packed securely & delivered in a timely manner. Fully recommended all rounð
