Very good from order to delivery. Superb product.

The product I purchased was a perspex replacement mirror for a dressing table I was up-cycling for my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday so safety was a must but more importantly it needed to be an oval shape with precise measurements to replace the old glass mirror.
This product was perfect and I would highly recommend this company as their customer service was spot on with safe packaging and delivery.

I was going to have my bedrooms renovated with Sharps furniture, but cancelled due to the stress involved. Unfortunately, my existing fitted furniture - which was due to be ripped out to get the Sharps furniture - had a glass sheet over the dressing table and glass sheets on both bedside tables. The glass was thrown first - then I needed replacement glass, and went into meltdown! I then discovered Perspex Sheet UK - took measurements and ordered glass - like perspex sheets. They were perfect, and looked like real glass - could not be happier! Thank you

I think they need to make their descriptions clearer

I made a small order, that said the perspex sheet arrived well packaged and protected.

Bottom line: the product is great and there’s a huge variety of options for finishing touches. My delivery went astray, “thanks” to the courier not the company, and as soon as I raised a query, my order was remanufactured and promptly delivered via another (better) courier. Many thanks!

Quick turnaround, accurately cut, great product, well packaged

After purchasing one successful glass-look perspex top for a painted dresser which I was really pleased with - I ordered 3 bespoke items and supplied templates. Initially communication with Ian was good. But sadly 5.5 weeks later I still do not have the items. They were very expensive. I have sent numerous emails and a voicemail with the only response saying that they would be with me on the 18th August. Well a whole week later and they still are not with me. It is such a shame as I had many other projects I wanted to do and I won't use them again. Terrible customer service and no product to show for it! Avoid.

I ordered three shelves at 5mm of thickness only to find that they were not thick enough to support their own weight, let alone the weight of any further items.

I wrote in asking to return these on the basis that they are simply not build for purpose. I was told that this is not possible due to them being bespoke and was advised that I would need 10mm thickness for stablity at the size I ordered. This does beg the question why Perspex Sheet would accept the order, manufacture and ship the product with the foreknowledge that it would not be able to perform its function as a shelf at 5mm thickness. The intelligent thing may have been to reach out to the customer explaining this in the first instance and suggesting an alternative.

I responded explaining that the product being bespoke is irrelevant when it comes to consumer law and the right to reject within 30 days where products are not build for purpose or of a satisfactory quality, to which I then received the exact same email, word for word, a second time.

I still await a response. A note to the management, I don't like leaving reviews like this and am still very open to resolving this. Please reach out to me if you are at all interested in doing so.

Items were packaged terribly. Sealant and a gun sellotaped directly onto the mirror, which of course scratched it, and packed so tightly the silicone exploded.
Completely impossible to get hold of customer service - phone calls never answered nor support tickets from email. Having to resort to raising a case with my bank to get my payment of more than £100 back. Looking through the reviews now, I see that terrible customer service appears to be the norm. I wish I had read them before buying.

Avoid!

Update: I received a call very soon after logging a chargeback. Offered a refund over the phone, but then followed with an email saying their accounts team will review within 14 working days and decide whether to refund or not. Absolutely unacceptable and I will be proceeding through the bank.

It's exactly what I needed. It's only a small order so I was pleased I could be supplied with it. This is the second order I've made recently and it's because I was pleased with the finished product the first time, why I reordered

Purchased 4 sheets of clear perspex, despite giving them exact sizes in mm none of the width or lenght is correct, all sheets 3mm shorter and 2mm too narrow! Whats more important every sheet with deep scratches - these were meant to be installed as exposed shelves with led cob on the site which wont happen now, also all edges rough and uneven (ordered polished and buffed ones), Overall unacceptable poor quality, awaiting companys reply and would like replacement or refund to buy elsewhere!

Ordered 4/7. No delivery so requested an update via email mid month. I was passed an auto response stating it's now urgent and an update will be provided. Two more requests later with no actual action or delivery dates. Tired to contact on numerous occasions to discuss a refund and cancellation. Never had an answer, was left to request refund via card provided. The products might be good but they won't reach you, wouldn't use.

I ordered in good faith, paid express delivery of £29.99 needed the item within this time. But have not received it. Telephone spoke to melody only to be told that it wasn't going to be despatched for another week as they have a back log.
I asked for a refund as has not been cut yet. But was refused. Apparently in the small print of the 5 pages of terms and conditions it says they have to be allowed 30 days to deliver.
This is miss selling.
I am now not at the property for another 7 weeks hence why I paid for express delivery.

Great company , quick delivery and just what I needed for my bedside draws .

I received my goods correctly . However when i had some questions I phoned several times and left voice messages as per their options and none were returned . So I have had to now throw the product away as without their responses I cant use it .Having said that, Chris gave me a satisfactory explanation for the inability to access their support on the phone and he and and Natasha were marvellous and offered to replace everything so I am now very satisfied
