I purchased one and received it fairly quickly because I live in a bungalow tiny house & there were carpenter ants and roaches. My sister purchased two of another name for the house but nothing happened. When I plugged the PestLab product in, I have seen a definite decrease in creepy crawlers. Great product worth buying.

I have 2 of them in my house and they are doing great haven't seen any bug and I got 3 more coming. I would tell everyone to get them in your house because they really keep the bugs away so thank you

Plugged mine in a month ago. I have more bed bugs than before. Definitely not worth the $38 I paid for it.

I’ve had issues for several years with ants in and around my parrot’s cage, and the grocery store ant baits were not doing their job. The Pestlab device has nearly stopped them and I haven’t seen any in her cage or food bowl since I started using them. I’ve already ordered more.

Great product. Got rid of bugs and everything

So far, so good. Easy to install. Have not seen anything in the first week.

I was a skeptic at first. I learned about frequencies and found these PestLab devices produce a high enough range in frequency to chase off fleas. They really do work.

Product was delivered in a timely matter... was dealing with all these little bugs of different kinds and tiny sand flies very annoying so I figured I would give it a try and see... happy with the results so far

So far so good. I bought the 6 outdoor pest repellers and have not seen any mice or garden snakes near my cottage or garage. Very happy with my purchase.

The company was easy to deal with. The devices are placed in flower beds and seem to be working well. Got the mainly for snakes.

I was a little skeptical when I ordered them, but I was very pleasantly surprised. They are doing exactly what they claim to do. The relief. I feel over finding a solution to our bug problem.It is wonderful. I wish I had tried them sooner.

I haven't had any problems with the device I opened the package and plugged them in and I haven't seen any bed bugs since I plugged them in so they must be working the only thing that I didn't care about experience was no doubt my fault while I was making up my mind they decide not to give me a free one like they were supposed to do it originally when I looked to see offer I've been watching them for a while before I could afford so I was debating whether I could afford them then or not being they were a better price but I'm happy with my purchase I haven't had them quite a month yet so kind of hard to tell

I ordered Pestlab Ultrasonic plug-ins to help with a pest problem. The product DOES NOT WORK! I should have known that it was too good to be true. I asked for a refund and I opted for a percentage back because I was going to have to pay to return them. The refund was supposed to have been processed with in 5 business days. It has been 9 business days and I have been ghosted by the company. Please don't waste your time and money.
