I ordered bugmd essentials for bugs in my house. It's been 6 days now and I still haven't seen anything. I contacted the company and they referred me to the carrier. I contacted the carrier and was asked for the tracking number. I gave it to them and was told they haven't received my order yet to ship. I contacted the company once more and they gave me a copied response they send to everyone. They told me it was in transit and once more to contact the carrier. This has gone back and forth over and over yet still nothing done. And to make it worse, the day after I made the purchase I find the same product for sale at almost half the price. I dont recommend this company! They are very unprofessional and conduct bad business practices. Dont find yourself in the same situation i am in.
Bug MD has worked for me on an occasional big roach.

I placed an order for one only thru FB. They sent me three. They charged me for three. It took me over 30 days to return them. The best part was they accused me of keeping one. I told them that they are no worse than SCAMMERS. I showed proof that I sent all three back. DO NOT BUY FROM BugMD.

Crooks. And they know it. After I entered my credit card info up popped a notice that I had ordered $130.00 of product. I immediately tried to cancel. Nope they offered no possibility. After the products arrived they still made it difficult to obtain a refund.

This company is a recurring charge trap, purposely deceptive and fraudulent in its actions on its website, and generally setup to make sure they bill as much money as possible.
In my case, I was EXCEPTIONALLY careful to NOT choose a recurring purchase. However BugMD keep throwing things at you when you do this, try try very hard to trick you into a recurring purchase on their website through deceptive practices. No matter what you do on their website, you end up with a recurring charge, no matter what. Including on PayPal.
They setup the PayPal charge as a "split" payment, and notice you in the payment line that you have signed up for a 120 days renewal service, when you didn't. If you pay, then in fact, you have signed up. Then good luck getting it cancelled.
In my case, I am in CA. BugMD operates in CA, from Santa Ana, Irvine, and Fontana, CA - using an Orange County, CA phone number (Santa Ana, or Irvine). They are subject to CA law when selling to a CA consumer.
They do not comply with the CA Automatic Renewal Law (ARL), which requires a PIN be provided, and an easy way to cancel you subscription on their website port, no such methods exists, nor are you ever provided with a PIN at your order. (Thus they do not comply with CA Law.)
The use what CA by law terms "Dark Patterns" on their website, which means in human terms, they try and trick, you, and then, having either succeeded in tricking you, or not so, then they just bill your for a recurring subscription anyway. If you pay, you are locked in. (On a credit card, you get no notification, on Paypay, you get a notice that says you are in a 120 day renewal) "Notice, it does not use the word "subscription", that would tip you off that you have been tricked, or that they lied.
For CA consumers, I recommend the CA Attorney General's Office, complaints at the CA Dept of Consumer Affairs, and filing a complaint both your own District Attorney (I'm in Santa Clara County), and with the Orange County District Attorney's office. I particularly recommend the last. This company is operating in Orange County, and thus all complaints to that county "pile up" into something meaningful and worthy of taking notice, rather than being sprinkled around the counties where consumers live. If you wish to file suit (small claims court), do that in your own County, then they can contest the matter in your jurisdiction, instead of the other way around. There is good chance they won't even show up, and you will get a default judgement. This is not a good company. Do not do business with them.

I didn't want a subscription and got wrapped into one and I emailed the company 3 time with no answer and they keeped billing me for it and now I have 10 bottles of it and they will not refund me .

First all.. My intention was to order ONE, spray bottle for my cat ( fleas & ticks ) Once payment was processed. They took over 120 dollars from my card. Once, I noticed. I immediately emailed customer service. No response. Called 3x's.. No response. Finally got a customer rep. I was told, I couldn't get the transaction reversed. Due, to the order already for shipment. But, my account stays "Pending"! I agreed to get one bottle & have the remaining balance returned to my card. Never happened. Still waiting on a email & this was on a Friday... Their business is closed on the weekends. I'm very disappointed.. I'm not pleased with the way. Business is conducted under these circumstances. I don't even want the bottle now... And, later my card was ran again, for another other. It definitely wasn't me...
I just want my ordered canceled & my funds transferred back to my card....

This is a Bait and Switch operation. I tried to order ONE bottle of bug spray to test it out but after posting that my order wasn't complete, I had to swim through page after page clicking NO THANK YOU I got disgusted and closed without placing the order. Within a few minutes they had put through a charge of 128.34. I went through all the steps immediately to cancel and made a fraud claim with my bank but BugMD insisited it had " already shipped" which was a lie. One day later I got an email saying it had shipped. Totally dishonest. I have no idea what I bought for that money. Guess I will find out when ots delivered. They said I can return it for a refund of 30%!! Money for nothing. I should inform them that Dawn Power Wash kills cockroaches instantly!! I'll stick with that. Lesson learned.
Update: I received the product 3 days ago . After many more emails and web visits (makes me nervous to go there ) I have had NO WORD from this company regarding a return authorization as promised in the reply. As Monday will make 7 days they are obviously waiting out the 30 day return limit. Not a single response.
Final update (hopefully)
Thanks to Trust Pilot and Watson the issue has been resolved and a refund received. As long as there is no RECURRING issue. I'm satisfied with the results.

They charged me 162.00 of which I didn't order. I called immediately and they refused and lied to me saying I place order an hour v earlier and it was filled and I placed it about 1 minute before I called to say order was wrong and I needed it cancelled and refunded. They said they would credit me but charged me 162.00, sent me a massive order and now are telling me that they maybe even refund or let me return. I've stopped payment at bank. Don't order from them, they mislead you and take your money and won't let you even return product. I have a 200 sq foot trailer and enough mice packs for about 20 years

I too was charged for an order I did not confirm, and enrolled in a membership I did not request. I have canceled my credit card to prevent further charges, and am still waiting to hear concerning return and refund -- by check, as I would not entrust them with further account info.
