Don't purchase. You will not get your money back, or a usable product.

I was looking online at the product and decided to order it. I put in my credit card information and then they added another product that looked good. This happened several times so I decided not to order their product. Low and behold they charged my credit card. They shipped their products without any directions or how to use it. A total scam for a product I could not order nor was there any address to return their product. I keep getting emails. They even call to gloat that they took your money. Stay away from this company.

Does not work and poor customer service

The product did not work. It was a lot of effort to get a refund, and even then they want to charge a service fee. I sent videos of the mice just walking past the Vamoose pouches and still got an argument. So disappointed not only in the product but in customer service.

It's a scam

Oh, if I could rate this scam Company zero stars I would.
First their website. It constantly redirects you to other products to order instead of to your cart for checkout. Then, they literally change your order to what THEY want...a recurring monthly charge. So, for example I ordered, for 57.00 2 envelopes of 4 packets each as a one time order. But, they switched my order to a recurring 4 envelopes of 4 packets every month for 112.57. I immediately tried to cancel the order by sending them an email but ask they kept doing was to reply to my email and try to sell me more products. Their reply email said they are busy and would get back to me, but they never did. Eventually I called them and to my surprise I got a live customer service rep, all the was from India who I couldn't understand.
I eventually did find out how to return the product, but it cost me 20.10 in shipping, which they refuse to reimburse me.
Stay far, far away from this scam.

I ordered 1 bottle for $12.99 and they are sending me 6 for $128.00. They will not return calls. They offered me a 30% refund and I could keep all bottles. But their credibility is shot with me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You will regret it.

I give it one star because you don't…

I give it one star because you don't have a zero star rating. I was investigating this product and put it in my cart, after looking further at the website which is very confusing, I emailed to cancel the order I sent several emails to cancel the order. The response I got from the company was I had items waiting in my car and in 24 hours if I did not place the order they would be returned to stock and given to somebody else. I did not place the order they placed it for me charging me $102.47. trying to get a refund from them is like trying to pull teeth from an elephant. They keep sending me emails telling me that they've sent instructions to return it but all they're sending me is instructions to receive a partial refund and a tough luck letter saying that I own it. Do not deal with these people their customer service is absolutely positively the worst they're not trustworthy they are a scam and I filed a fraud claim with my credit card company. Next I am going to go to the interstate commerce commission if I don't get satisfaction. They have the worst customer service of almost any company I ever dealt with

Have you used your product for almost 3…I have been using this product for almost 3 years and now I have an issue with fleas on my dog which is a service dog and now I hear him scratching and chewing

Have you used your product for almost 3 years now and the fleas are snorting it they have overcome my house but yet I depended on what you told me that you would be able to take care of it I have followed your instructions and get the fleas are still affecting my dog as well as me he is a certified service dog okay so I use this to help deal with the fleas rather than poisoning him through what everyone else offers but now I'm dealing with the fleas again and the roaches and I have used your product constantly and I will make it my mission if you can't help me discover an answer to put it out there that your product only works so long cuz it has not worked at my house and when I called for relief y'all told me to buy the upgraded version which means what you're selling isn't the truth okay so I will take the effort to put it out there through the emails that you have sent me that I have emails from you saying to do it this way I did it that way I'm still having an issue with fleas but yeah you tell me to upgrade to the next product so the first product didn't work that you all offer that is a very big letdown and a farce if you ask me how are you going to stand behind your product is what I'm asking you you can look me up Corey Vause I have bought your product for numerous years but yet after a couple now the fleas and the roaches don't care they are enjoying what you have sent then you tell me to upgrade to another product so is that you standing behind your guarantee I would just like to know when you provide a product please stand behind your warranty yes they told me I could do this that and the other but I believed on the product that you gave me with a handshake and now I'm still dealing with fleas and roaches so I just want to see if you are really about the people and if you are then you will help me with this issue just saying why should I spend more money for something that you already promised 850-274-4836 I would hope that someone would call me and talk to me as a customer and let me know how we can rectify the situation thank you for your time you have a wonderful evening and I hope a happy Merry Christmas

Bad Business

I made a huge mistake of not reading the reviews before purchasing the item because after checking out some of the reviews, I had second thoughts of using it to eliminate the flea infestation I had at home. First of all, I wasn't able to cancel the order right after making the purchase and when trying to return the item, customer service lagged on giving me the RMA to start the process. This is just bad business all around in my opinion.

Their product doesn't work. Hidden orders monthlyly.

Their product doesn't work! But more importantly, when you order it, there is a hidden clause that requires you to subscribe monthly. A month later, when $22+ is debited from your account, they say, "You ordered monthly supplies sent automatically. They would not issue a refund until 3+ weeks when the order arrived. Plus, they wanted me to pay to ship it back. I just wrote "return to sender." I'll never deal with them again!

I love BugMD

I love BugMD. I bought the BugMD vamoose. I live near a pond and a large amount of woods, and have so much wild life around. I just wanted my yard and home free from rats and mice. It works great, I have not seen any at all.
It's a great price. It will be my go to product.
