Best Bee Brothers, LLC Reviews

Got two wooden traps from Best Bee Brothers for the carpenter bees in my porch railing and they showed up in four days. Real wood not plastic, hung them up and by next morning bees were already going in.

I sprayed the best bee spray for no see ums and it worked great. They flew around me but did not land. Great product. I would buy again.

Thank you for my order of Noseeum sprays. Part of my order was missing yesterday but I contacted you and the rest came today! Thank you so much. I haven’t tried it yet but will very soon.

I've purchased 9 traps and about to order my 10th. Great product and works great. Customer service (Jodi Rose) is lacking. Note: if you order the traditional bee trap, they don't make it clear that the string on the top is not designed to be used to hang it. In fact, she couldn't tell me why the string is there. The original bee trap is supposed to be mounted with screws (but they don't include the screws, nor do they tell you what size screw you will need). So...it's a great product but allow me to educate those interested that you will need to obtain the bee trap, take it to the hardware store, buy two screw and mount the trap, ignoring the string. And don't suggest improvements to Jodi Rose...she's not approachable or receptive.

Traps delivered in perfect condition. Easy install. Quality workmanship.

Order arrived amazing fast with free shipping. Love the all natural ingredients. Couldn't do better if I tried to make it myself.

Love them! My third round of traps.

Website was easy to navigate and order shipped without any issues. Carpenter bee trap was as advertised. I followed the instructions provided and within two days there were four bees in the trap. No bait required. Very happy with my purchase!

Wow! We got the order super fast! Loved free shipping!

This was my first time dealing with carpenter bees. The kit was very informative and useful.

I ordered brown (I think) but received green traps. I got an order confirmation buy it lacked detail. Said they would send an email when the order shipped but never did. I did receive my order in a timely manner.

Your product was recommended by our pest control service. The boxes really work. We've trapped a lot of bees which has made a noticeable difference in the # of bees flying around.

The Carpenter Bee boxes are great because they work! It seemed like the bees were buzzing around everywhere, but when I checked the trap door, I could see it 'packed' with bees. When I emptied them, at least a dozen or more dropped out--dead! I have five boxes.

I love that you speak on what you sell and stand by what you speak! Service is expeditious and all items arrived without fail nor mail/packaging issues. When you recommend a product to coincide with a purchase - believe it! Love you guys!

I've been using their products for quite a few years. There Carpenter Bee Houses work very well & I always get quite a few bees and "very" few new holes drilled into my wood pergola!!!
Would definitely buy from them in the future!!!

Quick shipping, thanks so much!

The products I have ordered always work the way advertised to work. My order was always recieved in a timely manner.
All the products I ordered are of great quality as well.
