We are sorry to hear the trap hasn’t worked as expected. Success can depend on several factors like placement, timing, and existing nests. We’ll reach out to you directly to help troubleshoot and make it right.
Best repellent for no-see-ums
Happy to have found a no-see-um repellent that is plant based. I have to use repellent against no-see-ums almost year round and this product works well. I use it on both clothes and skin. The fragrance is acceptable and I don't get a rash if I spray it directly on skin.

Great product
Easy to order, arrived quickly and packaged well. This is my 2nd order after we misplaced our first trap when replacing our roof.

Beautiful and practical
The carpenter bee houses I bought are just beautiful and very practical. I've hung them on the log porch I'm trying to protect, and the bees area already interested!
I love the design and the beautiful wood.

BEE Patient!
Got my products quickly and while it took a couple weeks for the products to start working, even with bait, they eventually filled to the brim with bees. It takes patience but it’s far more effective than anything else I tried. The thing I helped the most was to place it near by an existing burrow hole and once the first few guys got in there it really started to fill up after that. BEE patient!

Excellent traps to manage bees !
We absolutely love these bee traps. We purchased 2 a few years ago but unfortunately lost them when our pergola collapsed. The new traps are sleek and effective. We did not find success with the bee attractant but prefer to use a dead bee to attract more. We used the repellent on a partially drilled hole and it seemed to work. Overall, very pleased with these traps and they withstand some intense winters!

Caulked the holes and put the trap up in the area and walked away. Within days the trap had a dozen carpenter bees in it. No more holes.

Product arrived quickly
Product arrived quickly. Applied a dime sized amount in each of 6 traps. Trapped a total of 8 bees, not what I had hoped for. Caught more with no bait. wondering if maybe the time of year has anything to do with it. Maybe started to late in the spring?

You're absolutely right. Seasonality plays a big role in the success of both our Carpenter Bee Traps and Bee Bait. Setting them up early in the spring, just as bees begin to emerge, makes a big difference. I’ll be reaching out with more tips on ideal timing and usage to help for next season. Thank you for your feedback!
Excellent product.

Used bait in three traps and caught many carpenter bees. Now I keep the traps up and check for more. There were many more than I thought.
