The plug in pestlab for bugs doesn't WORK they offer a 90 day refund but I can't seem to get my money back I've followed all their instructions on taking pics of everything I have emailed them I even have mailed the product back and still no refund. I keep getting the same email with no answer on refund. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

I've only had my 6 Pestlab units about 3 weeks, but so far...so good. I haven't noticed any sign of mouse activity since. I live in a heavily wooded area so I need to have a reliable product that can keep the mice out. In my opinion, regular traps aren't always a sure thing for keeping mice out. They often eat the cheese or peanut butter off of the trap no matter how many traps are set out. Thank you for this product!

I NEVER received my package. And I've been waiting for 3 months for my refunding. I've gotten emails back from them telling me that they're going to get to the bottom of it and I never hear nothing back. I will never recommend anybody to them. Iam so frustrated. And you can only get in contact with them via email.

I purchased 6 of these devices for my mouse problem. They don’t work. I’ve seen 2 mice scurry right past mey plug in device on my kitchen counter. Definitely not worth the $120 I spent.

They take your money and do not send the product. They lie about shipping. They send ridiculous emails about me needing to check their stock because they're so busy, which came after emailing me that it has finally been shipped (which it was not). It has been over a month and counting. I've requested a full refund and all I get is the runaround. If they are a reputable company that's simply having troubles, I would think a refund would be more than reasonable and attainable.

After my first review, I tried contacting customer service on several occasions. 2 came back as address not found and 2 were not responded to. And now the BED BUGS ARE BACK. I am highly disappointed. And I still haven't received the 2 free units once my previous review was live.

THE PRICE WAS GOOD AND INCLUDED FREE UNITS. THE EASE OF SETTING UP THE DEVICES AND THE RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THE DEVICES. NOTICED IT IN A COUPLE OF DAYS IN MY BEDROOM AND COMPUTER ROOM WHERE I SPEND A LOT OF TIME. AFTER A WEEK OR SO I NOTICED A DEFINITE DECREASE IN MY DOGS SCRATCHING.

I see a difference in the pests in my apartment. I haven’t seen any pests since I plugged it in.

The product is very good and what every homeowner needs

Shipping was fast and well packed. Came with instructions which I liked, some companies ship orders with out instructions. I just installed in each room and around pet areas so I dont know how long until I see results. Hopefully soon because fleas and fruit flies are a problem. The outside devices are humming and thats not what moles like...we will see..

I ordered the product 3 for living room and two bedrooms I need two more for bathroom and kitchen it made a big difference in my home in two weeks I haven't seen any bugs or mice it really works I highly recommend the product

I never had BED BUGSI I saw ads for PestLab on internet. I tried it (after exhausting research), and ordered 6. It has been 2 weeks . Less bugs have been seen. I keep checking bedding daily. I will find a bug every once in a while. I am giving it time to work . Patience !!!

The problem is better than before I got the protect.

I moved into an old apartment. My Husband bomb the apt before we moved in. But 3-4 months later I notice a cockroach here and there. But I was still very uncomfortable knowing it can be anywhere. So i purchased this a month ago. So far I have not seen bugs yet! Especially right now in SoCal with the heat and humidity.

I did not get item ordered August 15th

I placed five units in my 1,500 sq ft home three weeks ago. I have not seen one roach since installing. Before I would see one or two per week. Other bugs do appear but in far less frequency. I am very satified and will continue to use. Larry R

So far love it! We have not had any mouse issues or bug issues to be exact! Thank God! We will definitely order more in the future.
