Petal & Pup Reviews 

Honestly it is very evident that the same person wrote most of these reviews. I'm a forensic nd sociology expert. When you have the same intelligence, cadence and patter of no misspelled words...it is pretty likely the same well-spoken and educated person may have written all these reviews using fake profiles. Anyone care to weigh in?

Customer service is terrible. No one actually talks to you. Instead, you just get the same email on repeat every time you message them. There is no phone number or text to chat with any one either.
My card got charged for an item before I even authorizaed the purchase! I tried to cancel immediately. Someone emailed me quickly, then dropped off, and I never heard from her again. Now they want me to pay a shipping fee, in addition to delivery fee (total $20) for an item I never even wanted to purchase!

I had a very good experience with Customer Services. Unfortunately items I had ordered went missing so that was disappointing. However, the customer service that I received was excellent. My service provider was very swift in response each time I provided the relevant information. My order was refunded swiftly with the apology from the company coming promptly. In the circumstances, they were extremely professional and great to deal with.

I ordered for the first time at Petal & Pup after reading so many good reviews and hearing a lot of wonderful things via word of mouth. Beautiful high quality items, reasonably priced and their customer service team is one of the best, if not the best, I've ever had communications with. I bought 2 items, the shirt was stunning, and a skirt, which had missing teeth in the back of the zipper. I explained via their email the details of the damaged product and I can't express how easy and precise they are to solve any issue or concern.
If you're wondering if you should buy from their site... 100% do! And, if an item isn't what you expected, their returns policy & customer service is incredible.

I reached out seeking assistance with a return. I spoke with Kiran who was exceptional to deal with. She was understanding and assisted with my concern immediately. She provided really easy to understand next steps and stayed on the line whilst I actioned her suggestions. I would definitely purchase from Petal & Pup again knowing how wonderful the customer service is! Kiran is an absolute asset to the company!

Petal and Pup is awesome. The products are amazing and the staff is very nice. Recently, I worked with one of their employees named Sonia, who was very kind, helpful and responsive. Would recommend this store to anyone.

I had a friend that had an adorable dress on from Petal & Pup. Decided to try them out. Ordered a dress and a pair of shorts. I checked their sizing charts prior to ordering. I am normally a small or size 27 in jeans. It said they run true to size and their sizing chart also aligned with a size small. Ordered them at full price and they barely shut. I wanted to exchange them for a size medium and the company is stating they are final sale. Beware of false advertisement! I will never order from them again!

I ordered a romper, expecting it to fit seeing that all my clothes are the same size in my closet but this company doesn’t make close to the true fit because of that I needed to return it. I don’t think it’s fair that I have to pay to return it and I lose my shipping fee. Something that cost me $89. I now receive $60 back that is so unfair. If your clothes were true to size, I would not have to return it now I have to pay because you don’t make clothes. True to size unfair totally unfair.

Decent clothes, but horrible customer service. No phone number to call, and when I was trying to exchange an item I had to fill out a contact form which 3 days later they still haven't responded to. I needed their help because the item was in stock on the regular site but wasn't showing up on the exchange page. While I was waiting and didn't get a response, the item I wanted to exchange the size of went out of stock. I guess they want customers to get stuck with wrong size items or return them for the shipping fee and then rebuy while paying for shipping again.

Edited to add: They did finally get back to me about an hour after posting this. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence, but they are making it right. Looking forward to the exchange size!
