We have always logged our furry family members with Pet Database for safety, unfortunately due to internal dominance conflict we were forced to re-home our youngest family member with a suitable new owner who obviously wanted the same safety as we were contacted by Holly at Pet database to confirm that this rehoming was legitimate therefore ensuring continued safety

I was having trouble getting our new family members chip updated, sadly she had 5 homes in under two years and no one ever updated her chip, I knew who I bought her from but those were not the registered details, It took a little time, 3 weeks but eventually it's done and I have peace of mind.
