Really lovely experience! Nice and quick responses. Indy was really helpful and helped me out with what I was after.

I've already paid once, yet I'm expected to pay again just to change my address. I wasn't informed of this from the vet's at the time of him being microchipped, nor was I offered a alternative.

Great help today from Holly, who changed my pet’s name in the database as when I registered I wasn’t exactly sure what I would be calling her but I importantly knew needed to register straight away in case anything happened to her while I was thinking of her name change.

Had a issue with registration as purchased through carers card and glitch when signing up but emailed pet database and Aman came straight back and sorted for me. Great service. 👍

After a little confusion today I spoke with Aman who was very helpful and sorted it all out for us with a fast response to e mails

Contactable! Thank goodness there wasn't a 'no reply' email as I had a query. It was dealt with clearly and patiently, thank you Holly and Amam, much appreciated.

I emailed the company to update the details and Holly responded immediately. She was polite and extremely efficient. As a charity, it is very important that the microchip company works with us to ensure total trust and this is the case.

After some minor confusion with a recent order it was remedied very quickly and satisfactorily by Aman Purewal. I’m very happy with the service received.

I was transferring my mums puppy into her name and according to google this is a free database. How wrong can it get. I filled everything out and at the end it says ‘payment £15’. All I want is the microchip in her name. I don’t want all the ‘extra’ benefits.

I highly recommend Pet Database Services. We registered our cat’s microchip and details with them, and the whole experience was great. Very quick response to changing the details for the new owner

I have to say I had the best amazing experience transferring my pet to the new owner.
Loved the fact Pet data informed us before making the switch to the new owner, which made me extremely happy as I wasn’t sure if the kitten remained under my name or not .
It would have been 5 star for me , if I could made the transfer my self .
Anyway overall experience with everything and advisor INDY I’m super happy. 😊
