I mistakenly emailed PetDoors.com for a part for my doggie door flap. They responded promptly by phone and email. The representative's name was Jeff. He was informative and eager to help. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a way to let our dog out without having to spend a lot of money to reconstruct our back door set up and this was exactly what we needed. The way our back patio is set up, there was a step down so we simply built a little platform for him to step out on from this doggie door. It was very simple to swap out the existing window with this window. I was worried because of the cuts in the door when I removed the old window but this fit perfectly and closed the gaps. The best part is all the questions they answered because I wanted to make sure I ordered the right thing since I could not return it if it was wrong. They were very responsive and helpful. Well worth the money. If I ever need another custom doggie door, I’m looking up petdoors.com.

Pet Doors went above and beyond to help me get the product I needed for my particular situation. Casey and Jeff looked over and discussed measurements, pictures and other details with me with knowledge and patience. I had purchased a cheap door elsewhere that wasn't working. The door I was looking at with PetDoors was much more expensive but I was willing to pay for a good solution... though anxious to be sure it was exactly right. They helped me place the order so that, should I need to return, it would be easy. By the time I purchased, the only thing I worried about was that the flap was going to be heavier and how my cats would do with it... all went better than expected.
I am so happy with the door I purchased from PetDoors.com. I would give them ten stars if I could.

After a difficult time getting a hold of a service Rep. they went above and beyond by shipping out the correct door when the wrong one was sent by mistake.

Sold me a replacement flap for a pet door. The new flap failed within a couple of months, in the same way the old one failed. Petdoors.com was listed as the contact for warranty concerns with this brand (Pride), but they sent me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer didn't help and sent me back to Petdoors.com. The support at Petdoors.com really emphasized their "middle man" status when declining to assist any further, so don't count on them for customer service when their low quality product fails.
