We wanted to buy a new residential property but didn’t wanted to sell our current home as we wanted to keep as investment and benefit form rental income. We were struggling to with affordability as our next purchase was app 500K and I am self-employed. At some point we thought of even selling our current residential property. We tried various lenders but failed affordability then we decided to go with Peters Financial. In our first meeting Naaman listened carefully to our needs and aspirations and laid out a clear plan. He was able to remortgage our current property raise the capital we needed to pay deposit and stamp duty for our new residential purchase. He managed to get us a loan based on my latest years SA302. The whole process was smooth and the whole team was always there through out the process. Highly recommended if you are home mover, self employed or planning to invest in property.

My husband and I had been trying to get a mortgage for some time but was unsure if we could qualify for one and how to go about it. However when I recieved an initial assessment call from Naaman, all that uncertainty dissolved as he was able to throughly provide reassurance and information needed to proceed with the mortgage. Thanks to Mr. Naaman from Peters Financial Advisors. We secured an excellent mortgage deal within a week of time. The entire process was smooth and stress free.

Naaman was friendly and explained everything to me in great detail. As a first time buyer, he made the process as simple as possible so we could understand. He was prompt to respond to emails, told me exactly what he needed and there were no hidden fees. We got our offer letter within 5 days of finding a place we liked. After closing on the house, he emailed to say he will keep us on as a long term client. He made my home ownership dreams a reality.

We recently purchased a block of 20 flats at auction and Naaman helped us through the process of getting a bridging loan for the property which was a difficult challenge as the property was purchased for over a million. He was a huge help throughout the process communicating all the aspects of the process and what was needed clearly and in good time while also facilitating for the other aspects of the bridging loan such as helping us find building insurance (which was required for the loan). Naaman has been an incredible help. We were in a difficult situation and were having significant issues with getting a remortgage. But after a lot work and effort from Naaman we were able to get a remortgage on our property that we desperately needed.

Throughout the process he has been excellent at communication and explaining things clearly and concisely. He was always honest and did not say things for the sake of saying them. We were also getting charged significantly more by other brokers but Naaman charged us the standard price which I am incredibly grateful for especially after the hard work he put in.
