Great service all round
Easy to use ordering system (pity my birdseed product is not one of those on repeat order system), very quick processing, arrives in days on the doorstep, great value ... what more is there to great service. And any time I have called on the phone, very pleasant to deal with!

Products arrived quickly and as ordered. My only “complaint” is that the cat tree did not have assembly instructions. It was easy enough to put together from the picture but find the picture took a little effort. Overall very pleased and will use again.

Gerbil cage
The cage itself was lovely. Unfortunately, it arrived broken. I recommend having it delivered to the store, since you need a cage to buy the pet anyway. After nearly two weeks, we are still waiting for a replacement and for someone to pick up the damaged one; everything is moving a bit slowly.

I could not say enough about the staff at online Petmania. They helped me set up my monthly subscription of the products I needed.
Keep up the good work. I look forward to the hassle been taken out of my pet food, wild bird seed and my pond fish food. All delivered to my door. It is the way to go.

Horrendous experience at trying to get…
Horrendous experience at trying to get 12 week old pup microchipped. Pup was screaming in agony and we were not allowed in to comfort the poor baby. Owners should be there with pups to comfort them. Pup was in agony and bleeding. My kids were present also and all were very upset and traumatised by it hearing her screaming in agony!! They didn’t mange to get microchip in and we complained and left with the other pups. Poor baby is very anxious and nervous now and could impact her for life. Was horrendous experience and I would not want any other dog or pup to experience this. No stars but it’s not an option.
