Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear your 1st box did not solve the issue.
Please note that if your cats currently have an active flea infestation, one monthly treatment box is often not sufficient to fully resolve the problem straight away.
In many cases, ongoing monthly treatment alongside thorough treatment of the home environment is required to fully break the flea lifecycle and prevent reinfestation.

Reliable service
I've only been using vet box for a few months, but have experienced a reliable service, effective treatment and so much more cheaper and time saving than going to the vets for worming tablets and getting flea treatment from the pet shop.

You absolutely shouldn’t have to reorder every month, it’s a rolling subscription, so everything should renew and dispatch automatically without you needing to do anything.
