Amazing flea & worming and a extra with the treats make it special.
The flea and worming work wonders.
The delivery is a down fall through. I've had many missed/not delivered/deliveries etc. Good thing that VetBox credit back the account but has been months there I've missed the fleaing due to it not being delivered then delivery take ages. But overall it's a good company.

Great service,ordered my first box…
Great service,ordered my first box subscription for my new puppy and elderly cats,came quite quickly and packaged well,cats already appear to be flea free,puppy still has a few strays,so we'll see how next mnth plays out,great little snack gifts inside which was a nice suprise,they have gone down a storm 😀

Great service and company
I had to contact customer services for few things, just me being over anxious having a new puppy. Vet box have been so helpful and I never felt I was annoying them by all my questions. Great value for money for new pups worming, tick and flee treatment so I have added my cat to onto my subscription. Plus if I have concerns I can message vidi vet. Very pleased.

Still have not resolved my issue due to long wait !! You said you have resolved it but it hasn’t been resolved! Honestly I think it’s £ over customers would highly recommend honest feedback rather than being led on thanks for attempting to solve the situation but it has not worked cheers

Website is easy to use. Treatments arrived within a few days. Both dogs took the wormer hidden in butter, and both had no reaction to the flea & tick spot-on. The 2 boxes of little treats made things even easier!

Love the spot on but death tablet is traumatic 🤣
I love the fact the box comes with everything you need, when you need it and my cats get some treats too. The only criticism I have is that trying to give a worming tablet to two cats every 3 months is physically and mentally torturous for myself and both my cats. I would really like the option to have a spot on treatment for worming too. Otherwise, I’m very happy

This is a golden find as my usual vet…
This is a golden find as my usual vet (not mentioning any names) wouldn’t give me my dogs flea and worming medicine without an assessment, which I explained that I couldn’t afford, so I looked online and found this which is recommended by vets and I saw the trust pilot, also it’s more than half the price of my original prescription and it’s delivered to my door, win win for me and my dog of course.
